Super 8 by Wyndham Meridian

This motel was easy to find, the room was very clean and updated, and check in was very easy. I asked and received a ground floor room. There was plenty of parking and plenty of space to walk my dogs. This is a very nice Motel.

We came in late evening with a special request and the owner made it happen. Thank you so much. You made our life much easier last night.

The room was clean and smelled great! Way better than the Studio 6 across the street. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure. We crashed hard after a long drive.

I was able to secure a room here for my dad for, roughly, 2 weeks. He gave me constant updates on room and customer service. I had to come here and write this review.

Room was in good condition and clean. Customer service from front desk to cleaning service were extremely nice and took care of my dad. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. If you are going to see family or passing through, I highly recommend this hotel for budget stays.

Stayed here 10 days last month clean room comfortable beds from desk friendly quiet place can't beat the price either matter of fact I'm here for another 10 days I would suggest stop here no need to go anywhere else and the husband and wife team that works there will bend over backwards to make your stay great

Honestly this hotel is great and exceeded my expectations for a super 8. I stayed 2 nights with my dog because the pet friendly hotels I've encountered on my trip have been horrendous, and this hotel was nice. The location was great, the grounds are flat and grassy which is good for my pup. I felt safe!!! The rooms are big and clean. The microwave fridge and freezer worked as they should. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the water pressure was good. The shampoo provided was a delightful surprise as it was Paul Mitchell, a professional line of hair care. There were plenty of towels which is a relief. The TV had many channels and the wifi stayed consistent. Housekeeping was very prompt and friendly. It was a very comfortable stay and if ever in the area again I will stay here.

The rooms are excellent, and hands down the best shower situation I've seen at a hotel, especially for super 8

We are frequent visitors of the Super 8 whenever we visit my family. This location always gives us clean rooms, exceptional service, welcoming & friendly staff members, and as always a safe stay! I personally believe this is the best Super 8 I've ever encountered!! I definitely recommend them.

I stayed here with my husband and two teenage daughters on the way to the beach. We paid around $80 for the night and were pleased overall. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great, AC worked well, it was super quiet and it was dark. Good shower pressure and hot water. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels in my life and always check beds for bed bugs (at the Peabody and at the Super 8), never walk around barefoot in a hotel, and don’t expect a 5 star room for $80 a night. Even so, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this little motel was. Everyone at the front desk was polite and helpful as well. The continental breakfast does leave quite a bit to be desired but this is a weird time with supply shortages and what not and probably not the motel’s fault. I’d stop here again on my way through for one night, definitely.

Best in the area and just around the corner from Cravker Barrel. Get food and right back on the highway.

I was driving through MS and had no plans of staying here but the storms were bad, so I decided to pull over. I travel often and usually rent at cheap hotels like Motel 6, so I don't expect outstanding, but I got one of their last rooms and I LOVED IT! It had a double bed, fridge, microwave, and flat screen TV. Was quiet throughout the night, parking was decent, they had a breakfast in the morning for customers. Right off the road next door to a Cracker Barrel, other restaurants and gas stations etc. Safe area as well from what I could tell, rooms and outside of property was clean, lit up at night. They are remodeling some of the rooms and lobby, friendly staff.

Had a pet friendly room, our dog is well trained and will not go inside the house. This room was spotless and our dog never even sniffed around the place like most rooms. There was no oder whatsoever. Couch was in need of replacement but considering the rest of the room we looked past it. Plenty of parking and i was pulling a 41 foot 5th wheel. Staff was very pleasant.

The morning manager let me check in early.

The African American cleaning lady was extremely friendly. Also, the front desk employees were pretty good too.

There were some cosmetic issues with my room. Also, the toilet moved when I sat on it.

The breakfast was pretty great too. They offer eggs and yogurt in addition to the standard carb options. However, the sausage gravy for the biscuits was runny; I prefer a thicker gravy.

The location is great, but my only complaint is the train that ran nearby every hour tooting it's horn during the night.

Overall, considering the price that I paid, the value for the cost superceded the more expensive Wyndham hotels where my wife prefers to stay.

This is definitely one of the best Super 8 hotels out there.

This is by far the best Super 8 I have stayed in. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and everything worked. Checking in and out was an easy process and you can't beat the value!

I don't have much that I can tell about the area near the motel. I just stopped here for the night after a long day of being on the road. And I took off early that following morning. I can say that the room was clean with a comfortable bed. And it was quiet that night which allowed me get some good sleep.

Great stay for a low price. The run and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable, and shower pressure was great as well. Very close to stores and food yet in a very quiet location. Also the breakfast area was really cute and cozy & staff was very nice!

We like the bed and the clean and pleasant smell. The breakfast was hot and coffee great. I will return again. The staff was polite and courteous. Thank you for our stay.

Stopped for a break on a two day drive. Arrived late. Check in was quick. Receptionist was very friendly. Hotel is older but room was clean. No funny smells. AC worked great. Very reasonable price.

Good prices, friendly staff. Rooms are quite clean and better than I'd expect for a Super 8. Have stayed here many times on my TN <-> TX drives.
