The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They asked what we needed, provided several options, but together some amazing looks. The young man working there aided me is assisting my elderly father. The process was quick and painless. Thank you so much.

Came here to get my fiancé his suit for our wedding in September. The staff here were so helpful and knowledgeable it made picking a great suit a breeze. We can't wait to come back when his suit arrives to try on! Very affordable as well! Better than men's wearhouse in service for sure. Definitely will be our shopping destination for suits for now and in the future. Special thanks to Key and Debbie for all their help!

Absolutely Amazing. I needed a tuxedo for my daughters wedding. The wedding was semiformal and my very formal tuxedo with tails made me stand out too much plus I did not have a bowtie in the color my daughter DEMANDED we all wear.

With only a day before the wedding, I did not know where I could buy or rent a tuxedo in Fayetteville. I searched where to find an affordable tuxedo in Fayetteville and Ashby's Menswear took care of all my tuxedo needs.

They had a black tuxedo jacket without tails which fit me perfectly and they worked with me to find the perfect bowtie. The owner Mrs Debbie, put a rush on my dress pants alteration and I was able to leave the store with the tuxedo and all the accessories ready to wear for my daughters wedding the following day.

If it was not for the expertise of this local Fayetteville mens wear business I would have surely had to drive away from Fayetteville. Thank You Mrs Debbie your eye for fashion is one not to be under-estimated.

Came later in the day for help obtaining some dress clothes for the weekend. The staff was very welcoming, patient, and quick to adapt to my preferences. The store is clean, with just enough variety to please different taste. Will definitely become a regular here going forward during my stay at Bragg.

I needed a suit before I left out of town early the next day. I came in and I was given immediate options and was helped to find a suit that fit me very well and only needed the pants to be hemmed. I was also shown a tie that would go perfect with my suit! I was able to pick my suit up the same day before they closed and I was completely relieved!! The customer service is flawless and impeccable!!! I will always go back because I was treated like a priority and handled with care even in an urgent matter. THANK YOU SO MUCH ASHBY!!!!!

Always a wonderful experience shopping at this store. Andy has been our sales person last two times we’ve been there and has helped my family and I leave there with exactly what we were looking for. This store has a wonderful variety of mens formal wear for every occasion, unfortunately they don't tend to carry sizes smaller than a 34, but are still willing to help you find what you need. We found the staff to be friendly and eager to help. We will definitely be returning.

I needed immediate help getting appropriate clothing to wear for my mother's funeral. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, listened to and understood. Andy personally made sure I had everything I needed to be well dressed without breaking the bank AND he made sure my pants were hemmed the day of purchase! Wow, I'll always be a customer here!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Their selection of suits ranges from budget suites to high end designer suites. They offer a wide range of ties and other suit accessories such as cuff links and tie bars. Very quick service and excellent alterations! Highly recommend!

It has the look of a high-priced chain store, but that is the only resemblance. It's locally owned and operated, the staff is sharp and provides great customer service beginning when you walk in the door. Deb and her staff are really good with styles and trends and helping you find something you'll like. If they can get me to consider wearing a tie to work, they are really good.

We rushed in to get a suit for my husband and just explained to them to start with that he did not wear a suit very often so we did not want to invest a lot in it and that we were still in the process of some major weight loss. They were so nice and got a great looking suit, shirt and everything we needed, had it measured for alterations and was out the door in no time flat! And it did not cost a fortune. I appreciate great customer service and they have it as well as reasonable prices. In a town full of menswear stores this is a winner. If you need some help stop by and see them

As a former employee and the best sales person, I can still say that Ashby’s has maintained and elevated their level of professionalism and customer service. I would highly recommend! Mrs.Debbie and Mr.Jack went above and beyond. Their services were amazing! I went in when they were closing, was flying into the parking lot. These great hearted people still welcomed me in did everything they could to help me out regardless of the time. I’ve went to 3 or more places and their prices were outrageous but at Ashby’s the prices were cut in half!!!! And it’s not a RENTAL!
