Great Service, I met with a girlfriend at Roy's, and the wait line was short, so our orders were taken within 5 minutes. The young man taking the order was very professional and friendly. We were served our food choices in 2 to 3 minutes. The restaurant was clean. Very nice experience!

On a road trip, stopped in for some roast beef! It was so good!! But the rest of the experience was just so exceptionally nice!

The restaurant was clean & tidy but the staff were just so friendly! One staff memeber stopped at my table to welcome me & wish me a nice meal, and several said goodbye when I left! I am a big Roys fan, but this location is so far my favorite!

Haven't been to a Roy Rogers since the 1990s and this one at least is really good. The chicken tenders are great! The cashier was really helpful.

I always enjoy going to this Roy's because of the great food taste, friendly atmosphere and wonderful service! I love a good roast beef sandwich that is done the way I like it and this place does it right for me without asking.

Was passing through Hagerstown Sunday after a 4 day ride on the C&O Canal trail with friends. We decided to stop at Roy’s at the Valley Mall and ordered a cheeseburger, some roast beef sandwiches and some awesome strawberry shortcakes - for dessert, yum! Food was fresh, fast and delicious and the restaurant was clean throughout. About halfway through our meal the Roy’s team came over and asked us if we’d lost anything. I had $300 rolled in my sock which had fallen out in the parking lot by our truck full of bikes. They found it and tracked it back to us! The Roy’s team delivered great food and really lived their values of respect, honesty and community. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and this experience made for a great end to my vacation.

It has been many years since i've been to a roy rogers. The dining room was very clean. The roast beef was as good as I remember it being. Would definitely visit again.

One of my favorite fast food restaurants, I highly recommend the bacon cheese burger!

Delicious, freshly made fast food doesn't get any better than this. Their breakfasts are fresh and filling. Staff are always nice and very rarely get an order wrong. The rewards program is also good, they have many special coupons and you can earn free meals.

Delicious food, nice staff, clean, relaxing place for a meal on the go. Love the fresh flowers on the tables.

I stopped in for dinner tonight. This is far and away the best Roy's I've ever been to. The restaurant was spotless, the girl who took my order was friendly, as well as the staff in the kitchen and dining area. The service was extremely fast even though it was a little busy. No matter how you measure a job well done. They surpassed it. I hope the owner sees this and knows how valuable his staff is.

Great roast beef and fried chicken. I was surprised how good the chicken is. I love fried chicken and am particular about it. Fast and friendly service and great food including a good breakfast selection

Me and my family went here on our way back home. The staff was friendly and courteous.. The food was very tasteful and at the correct temperatures. Both the restroom and the store interior were clean and well maintained. The fixing bar looked fresh and well kept. There was plenty of parking and the exterior was clean and well maintained.

I haven't eaten at a Roy Rogers since I was a child. I just came to spark some childhood memories.

First time eating here and I learned that I've definitely been missing out! The mushroom Swiss burger was larger than I expected and delicious. Their fries actually taste like real fries, not too heavily salted. The staff was friendly and quick.

I gave them 5 stars because the food is good and the selection on the menu for a fast food restaurant is excellent. Solid customer service also

I rolled up to the drive thru a few mins before close… completely oblivious to the fact that the business was about to close. The young blonde lady at the window took my order and served me without even mentioning that they were about to close. They were beyond friendly and the food was delicious. I’m so impressed with the service I received tonight from this location! I’ll definitely be back.

Food was decent considering this was the first time I've ever been to a Roy Rogers. Roast beef sandwich was great as were the mashed potatoes. Drive thru worker was very kind and even gave our dog a milk bone treat :)

My grandfather and I would go to Roy Roger's every Saturday. I haven't been in to 1 in at least 15 years. It brought back many memories. The food is still fresh and good.
