Great food and super nice people

If I could give it -5 stars I would, who makes costumers wait for 2 hours just for some wings and a burger. At the same time, as a costumer who just seeks good costumer service.. I told the lady, “ What’s taking so long? We been here since 2 hours ago.” She replies ,” We actually ain’t suppose to be open, but we are. And there’s so much people today.”
i asked to leave and get my money back, but that wasn’t possible? So I sat there for about 2 hours and 15 minutes, waiting for them to serve me my To Go. Unacceptable.
