This is a diamond it's hidden in Hudson North Carolina behind the post office it is a great place to eat, the food is well prepared The waitresses is a sweet heart her name is Pam. The the prices are great. So what are you waiting for get out there and go to Donna's Cafe.

The BEST BREAKFAST!!!. The gravy was homemade, not the canned sausage kind. Lightest, fluffy biscuit. Thin, perfect crisp and flavorful bacon. FOOD WAS SUPERB. The waitress was attentive. Order came out as each had requested. The cooked apples we very tasty. Coffee good, too. Clean and not crowded. Prices were so good, we could hardly believe we all ate for that amount

2023... wow, what can top grandma's home cooking. Donna has home cooking downpat..the best chicken pie apples and creamed corn..
Many, many other choices of vegetables, including baked potatoes, green beans.

I loved the food there. It was great. Service was excellent and very friendly. Prices are affordable and the food is well worth the price.

It's my favorite local restaurant to eat at! If you like home style meals, then this is where you want to eat! My favorite is the cube steak, potatoes, and corn nuggets, and don't forget the corn bread!

Absolutely fantastic! They had a huge variety for the daily specials six to be exact and it was a super inexpensive yet two sides and a meat and a piece of bread and a drink for $6.10 I chose sweet potato casserole macaroni and cheese and cube steak with a yeast roll and sweet tea super tender cheesesteak actual cheese in my macaroni and a lovely sweet potato casserole. My food got to me super quick my waitress was friendly and really efficient will be coming back think I found my new favorite lunch spot

Nice little breakfast nook. Big menu! I had pancakes and sausage which was great. My buddy had an omelet coffee for both. $15.00. Perfect for breakfast.

You might could say it's Hudson's New Dome for the Old Gang!😁 ...not quite the same, but it fits the need for the time!😉

Place is always busy and food is good. I'm partial to their cheeseburger & tater tots, but their daily specials are tasty, too! Diane is an excellent waitress, knows what "regulars" like. Restaurant is currently seeking additional cooks and servers.

Amazing food for cheap and great hometown atmosphere

The food was delicious. Had a terribly long wait due to the fact that my order never made it to the kitchen. After 30 minutes of waiting..I asked what was wrong..they really were busy. They finally got my order together..was somewhat irritated..but nobody is perfect. The wait was worth the delicious food.
