I highly recommend this place to store all those family memories and valuables. Management is the best. They take pride in helping you with all your storage needs and protecting your belongings. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

The manager Crystal is awesome! So understanding and accommodating! Really appreciate all her help and kindness during our rental. Would definitely rent here again and would recommend asking for Crystal if you want top notch service!

John was extremely helpful to my wife and I when we needed units for storage as we plan our upcoming move. I have had a wonderful experience doing business with him and would recommend him to anyone who needs storage or a Uhaul truck. This place was able to make moving less stressful and I highly recommend Mr. Storage.I spoke to a person named John and I will say that he did an awesome job setting me up with a uhaul last minute and was able to address all of my questions. John was very professional when I spoke to him over the phone and in person. It was the least stressful part of the move, thanks John!

John at the Midland location was extremely helpful to us during the entire time we had our storage unit. Unfortunately this location didn’t have any available units at the time that we were needing one so he gave us a discounted rate for one of their other locations. Even though we were not at the midland location he still gave us his mobile number to call or text him at anytime if we needed anything. His customer service was wonderful! He is a very down to earth person who completely understands how life doesn’t always fit into 30 day notices and that is okay! I recommend him and the Midland Mr Storage location to anyone looking at renting a store unit!!

Nice people, they also have uhaul, makes it convinient to rent your trailer there and as you finish just return it on the same spot you are storing your goods

SO I went into one unit, and thought it was great! The snake hanging from the garage door was a little scary, but what can you expect from the area with the rain. The young lady at the office quickly assigned e another unit and we thought it best to let the snake keep is unit. All in All was the best choice I could make in Storage Units and access was 24 Hours so A+ and glad I am doing business with such a great company. Thanks for everything

Great rental experiences with excellent customer service every time. We have rented different sizes and styles of trailers from John and his team at Mr. Storage over the years and have always been super pleased.

Have been renting from John for many years. Never any problems. Gates are up and running 24/7, cameras work well outside, light come on at dark, Grass is cut weekly. Very safe business to work with. When you need a U-Haul truck-trailer or van or somewhere to store whatever. This is the place in Midland NC to call. Thanks Red
