I was there this afternoon, Oct 30, 2023. The young, bearded guy who was the assistant manager was unbelievably helpful. And he even helped me with a smile on his face. I was very impressed with this young man. Kudos also to the man who took my brand new 30lb propane tank and filled it with propane. Very courteous and professional, just like the assistant manager.
I am in Metro Charlotte, NC for the winter and I know that I have found an excellent hardware/propane store to go to for the rest of my stay.

Amazing customer service. First time at this location, they were amazing. Shout out to Ashley who made my whole day! And another shout out to the other girl (didn't get her name 😭) that rang me up at the front. They were both so great. Good job girls!

I want to thank the whole team here at the Tractor Supply Co. In Midland,NC. That did a great job. Special shout out to Joan who was working front desk and helped me find the perfect associate Josh. Josh help me find the right gates and cattle pen to fit the barn. His help and expertise were a big help. He even assisted in loading. Great job guys. Leaving the store super satisfied, and excited to naill my task!

I’ve been a regular at this store for a year or so now and I have to say the staff is incredibly friendly. I had an issue with an item I needed to exchange and was being given the run around with the insurance company on the product and I think his name is Jay? Went above and beyond to try and help resolve the problem. They also genuinely care about the customers animals and willing to help educate as much as possible 🙃

One of the few places around that has a good supply of dog food and cat food. Different brands to choose from and a fair amount of stock. We ended up here after going to a bunch of places in the surrounding areas and striking out looking for the brands we prefer. Everywhere else had bare shelves and very few brands even in stock except for the really cheap generic store brands. Thank goodness for Tractor Supply!!

Wonderful place to shop. Nice employees

It's a better location than most. Very nice staff. I delivered a load here, fully loaded 53'. It's tight backing and the way they've stored things on the end of the road used to back into the ally to the makeshift dock makes it difficult. I'd like to see them reorganize that area for the betterment of truck drivers.

Overall though they let me sleep and finish my ten on property so not much to complain about. There's a nice breakfist kitchen store across the street you should check out in the mornings. Very good food.

Let's just say I drive 15mins out of my way just to go here for dog food which is AT LEAST once a week. The people here are very kind and helpful. This store must be doing pretty good since they have now added an outdoor greenhouse section and now offer more things especially plant-wise. Never had a single issue with this place and they even do rewards program so every now and then i suddenly have a $10 off coupon which helps BIG TIME. Highly recommend this place.

Sherry is one of the best managers I have ever dealt with. She truly cares about her customers and their projects. I live closer to another store and drive to the Midland store because of the staff and the management. Great team! Wonderful customer service.

The staff is always helpful, Scott is a great asset for this location always my go to guy. I can tell he truly cares about customer service. Store is always clean and stocked.

Friendly knowledgeable staff

Tonight we went to the tractor supply in Midland North Carolina. Scott and Jacob assisted my son in getting a lawnmower for his landscaping business with a trailer. They answered all our questions and I couldn’t have asked for more helpful Customer service. They went above and beyond. This store is further than some closer locations but I will make it a point to go back there because of the outstanding care they provided us. I am so grateful for their assistance. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

Was on the way home and stopped by this place for the first time. I was fascinated! They got everything you need. They treated me with good service and my dog had a good experience there with full of treats. Definitely coming back!

This is your typical tractor supply. They have most of your farming needs. Tractor implements, barb wire, fence posts, troughs, etc.. This one feels a little bigger than the one in Albemarle however I'm sure they have the same stock. All in all it was a good visit.

Have been going to them for years. Have bought several blouses that are well made. We usually get dog food there but they have supplys for all kinds of farm animals. They have a huge supply of stuff for fixing tractors and equipment, traps, ammo, etc .
In the spring, I enjoy watching the tubs of little chicks, varieties of chickens and ducks.

The woman running the feed counter is knowledgeable about all kinds of livestock and how to raise them locally. This store is a wonderful resource to learn what works and doesn't in Midland. They're happy to help you find the right part for your lawnmower, too, even if you don't know what make, model, or year it is.

I ordered on their website so I knew what was available for pick up right away and what would have to be shipped. The associates were friendly and offered to take the dog kennel out to my car. I've never had a reason to shop here before so I'm glad my friend suggested it.

I purchased a 35 gal tank for my business that so far has worked great.

I needed some random items and they had everything I needed. The bird food is well priced and check out was very quick.
Best part of my visit was seeing all the baby chicks! 😍
