Cypi's Cake Box

Living in New Orleans kind of made me become a king cake snob...seriously, don't come at me anymore with grocery store king cake. 🤢 But where, oh, where to find a king cake in Lake Charles that even comes close to the deliciousness of a Randazzo's??? There was really only one possibility, so off to Cypi's Cake Box I went. The verdict? I'm sorry, New Orleans, but speaking as someone who has tasted king cake from several of your bakeries, and having tasted hers today, I have to say it...she does it better. 🤷‍♀ ⚜💚💛💜

Beautiful cake that was equally delicious! Great service- last minute request and delivered right on time. They will definitely be doing all of our cakes in the future. My grandson was very excited to see it.

Cypi’s always comes through with cakes we order. Everyone raves about our cakes at events asking where’d we get them from. Wedding cake flavor is the BEST! Just make sure you order weeks ahead of time.

We love this place and their cupcakes. Every time we go through there on a road trip, we have to get a dozen. Do yourself a favor and get a variety pack because there are so many good flavors.

Best place for birthday cake in Lake Charles. They made it just the way we wanted - soft, less sugar, less icing. I never eat icing but I loved their icing. We had to change date but they didn't mind.

The red velvet cupcakes and sugar cookie doozies do it everytime!!! Cypie's sets the bar for baked goods, period. I've lived in many cities and I compare them all to my experience here. So good, my fiance' (now husband) tried to get our wedding cake from here, but unfortunately they don't do wedding cakes. It didn't even matter because, the cupcakes/cakes are always so flavorful, and moist, the cookies are always so soft. We couldn't even be mad. Lol. My husband and I both love Cypie and and her cakes! Just delectable!

The young man and woman working Friday January 17, 2020 were phenomenal. He spoke and was so friendly when I came in- even though he was helping another customer. He took care of her and had to double back bc she wanted more than what she ordered. He did it quickly and with a smile and holds great convo. Young lady came out the back, smiling and spoke to all, and helped ring her up while he grabbed my order ..they had run out of pralines - she told me next time Im headed to town, call ahead and she'll make sure there's one for me. 🤗 great service and delicious cupcakes!

Cypi has the best cakes in South West Louisiana and the most friendliest staff. I would recommend cypi's for all your baked goods.
