Due to the nature of my issue the individuals at Warren Holder weren't able to resolve my problems. But I must admit they were some of the most knowledgeable individuals I have come in contact with in years. The employees diagnosed my problem, made recommendations for problem solving and engaged me in every way. The Customer Service was amazing. They deserve more stars than are available.
Great to know customer relations still exist. Great job awareness Holder.

So in searching the local shops and also on the internet for Cub Cadet dealers I located one in LaGrange Ga and the young man at the parts counters response was ‘ that’s an older model’ and didn’t even really try to locate the part . I guess he only ‘locates ‘ new models .. I don’t know ..
Any case the lady at this shop , can’t recall her name , was very helpful and quite knowledgeable about the older model that I have .
She not only located the part, part numbers and knew that both LH and RH where the same and that she had them in stock .
I drove about 45 miles to this store and sure enough .. they had them.
Her knowledge and customer service was worth the drive to have the correct parts in hand - I don’t care if they are giving units away at that LaGrange Cub Cadet dealer - they will never see a dime of business from me.
As far as I’m concerned Mr Holder has my business for life … Good help is hard to find and I hope he takes care of his staff …. So much appreciated.

I've been doing Business with Mr. Holder for over 10 yrs now and he is very attentive to your needs and the Prices are very compatible and reasonable, he does Price match. From Larry the Mechanic to Cheryl the administrator, thier just good ole Folks whom I love doing Business with. And Bobcat if the only Zero Turn for me, Thank you Mr. Holder.

I have heard nothing but amazing reviews on this business, I will say that if you are wanting to shop a local business with roots in the community Warren Holder Equipment is the place to go.

Warren Holder is an honest and an outstanding man. He and his staff provide excellent service and are extremely helpful in understanding our needs and making helpful suggestions. Having been a customer and friend for several years Warren Holder Equipment always had what we needed no matter how obscure or aged the part was. Over the past year we have been researching zero turn mowers. Our last mower was a John Deere tractor L120 which mowed 6 plus acres for 25 years so we were very much looking at John Deere. Our first stop was at Warren's shop where he took the time to go over every aspect of our needs and the equipment he recommended. Approximately one year later we purchased our first zero turn mower from Warren because of the quality of what he had to offer. By the time the transaction was completed his shop would have been closed 2 hours earlier but he and his staff completed the purchase and delivered the mower the same day, that is service.

Fantastic service! I needed help removing my lawn mower blades on my 42 in Troy Bilt riding mower.

I brought the deck in and they quickly took it back and was able to get it taken care of in a matter of 5 mins

Excellent pricing and could have easily sold me their blades but installed the ones I had already bought from Lowe's.

Definitely a place that worries more about getting the job done right instead of charging you an arm and a leg because they can.

If you need parts or service for any lawn equipment this is the place to go. Not only does he have almost any part you need Warren and his staff are so of the nicest people you would want to meet. I would give him a 11 on a scale from 0 to 10.

Actually, Warren Holder's competition sends Me to Him. Either because they dont stock OEM parts or they don't want to work on the equipment because they can't get the parts.

Warren Holder almost always has the manufacturer's OEM parts in stock, or because of His excellent reputation with manufacturers, He can have the parts in 1-2 business days!!!! 👏

Great service at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A better experience than any big box store.
