Great customer service! Megan went above and beyond for me! She saved me a driving trip by texting me pictures of the recliners that she had in the store. When they did not have the one I wanted, Megan was able to order the the one I desired. One week later it was in the store and was in excellent condition! Thank you Megan for helping me find my dream recliner for my space in a timely fashion and at an affordable price!

I have used this store many times over the last few years and I keep coming back because the staff is super friendly and helpful in finding me exactly what I need, they are not pushy and help to find many different ways to pay for my items as well. Megan is my absolute favorite! She always greets me with a smile and she really knows her stuff. This is a place you can trust, I will recommend them over and over again!

This is my first stop any time I'm looking for furniture. The prices are half what you'll pay from a standard retail store, yet everything is good quality and holds up to years of use. Bought a big sectional couch five years ago that still looks like new - went back recently and found exactly what we needed for another room. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy, and we could have gotten delivery the same day if we'd wanted it. Highly recommend!

Megan is awesome! No sales pressure, which I really appreciated. Quick and easy, in and out!! I had previously purchased an pillow top mattress there which I love by the way!! Never heard of Furniture Source until I saw their Facebook ad so decided to stop by. The minute I walked in the store… I was greeted by the sales team who were very helpful and friendly. I was impressed with the furniture and ended up buying a loveseat, coffee table, 2 end tables & 2 lamps. The furniture was delivered the same day. However upon delivery, the lamps were damaged. I called the store and spoke with Abena. She immediately fixed the situation by offering me a $100 credit for anything in the store or credit back on my charge card. I was amazed and impressed with her customer service and willingness to fix the issue.
