I like Miss Perdue she's excellent all her girls up there have nice attitude only thing I didn't agree with was finding out I was 2 months behind when all you had to do was call me and tell me that so yeah we got that all straightened out I will pick State farm over any insurance company

Hi everyone, my experience here was stressful and I didn't not receive service. I arrived from out of town I bought a car next door at Thompson financial. This state farm insurance company was nextdoor and of coarse I needed insurance before driving the car home because the car lot insurance dropped after I signed paper as owner of the car. I walked up to the door to ask if she could assist me. She replied I'm going to lunch and I'm with another client if you'll give me your name and number I'll call you in the next hr and yes I can help u. So I sat in my car at the car lot waiting for that call and she never returned my call 😔. In manchester ga this isn't good internet connection. My only other alternative was to call out of town to a insurance company who assisted me , however getting the documents that was needed was a headache to send due to not good internet connection. I was successful and 4 hrs later I was able to leave the car lot and drive home. This lady I wouldn't recommend to anyone I know . And the only reason ppl do business with that location is because it's convenient because thier is no place else unless you travel. So sorry I depended on her and believed she would call me for business. The level of customer service cannot be rated for the reasons listed above. Before posting the app asked m to rate it otherwise it wouldn't let me post otherwise wise I wouldn't have.
