The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor explained everything related to my case in an easily understandable manner and performed the procedure without complications. Also, they
are extremely efficient. I never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. I have recommended a friend who is now another happy patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs ENT help. No need to drive to the “big city” when we have this kind of
competent, professional service right here in Murphy!

Paige does an excellent professional job working with her patients. She answers questions and explains test results with clarity and empathy. The staff promptly follows Paige's requests and treats patients with respect and kindness.

A well run & staffed office! Majority of the waiting room needed allergy shots that were done in the lab. Our wait time was minimal! They could not make this any simpler!

I had an outstanding experience with my appointment and hearing test. The staff was professional and friendly. They were quick to send my office visit notes to me the following day. I had a question and it was answered within an hour. Can't ask for a better experience with a medical office. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great staff, knowledgeable and patient. However they missed some of the stitches that needed to be removed. Update: they were insidestitches, some were poking out and I wasn't aware. They responded to my concerns with compassion and understanding.

This place is not the normal Dr office that you have come to expect, people are treated like they are people and not animals and they are the sweetest staff that I have seen in a long time. I would recommend them to every one that needs their help with their sinus problems. Paige is great :) and so is the staff. Many thanks :)

Dr. Paige at MENT is very nice and thorough, she does her best to listen to you and allows time to talk to you about any questions you might have. Unlike many Dr today who are looking at their watches while you are talking and don't read your records. I would highly recommend MENT to anyone. Ask for Dr. Paige....

I receive my allergy shots at the Murphy office. I find the employees to be quick, dependable, and efficient. My allergies have decreased significantly in the past several years that I have been going to the Murphy office.

So happy to have an ENT practice that treats children. Paige Brinke, PA, was fabulous, thorough, knowledgeable, and approachable. She identified the issue and prescribed an effective treatment. We were seen promptly and treated courteously.

The staff were all professional and better, personable especially in light of the computer glitches that arose during my visit which went smoothly in spite of that.
One note: .if you prefer not to pay bills online, ask them for a hard copy.

Dr. Paige Brinkey was very good. She explained everything so my 12 year old son could understand. Office staff was friendly.

Took my son to see the ENT doctor and I was very impressed. Most doctors are kinda stuffy but she came in and put us both at ease. She explained everything she was going to do not only to me (the parent) but to my son and waited for him to give her the ok. That kind of "bedside manner" is a rare find these days.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to see an ENT doctor.
