McDonald's

As a red blooded American I've been to a few McDonald's in my life. That being said this is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Staff is attentive, energetic, & Southern friendly. The food is fresh & never disappoints. The service is fast without errors with orders. Last I checked their health inspection score was 100A

Highly recommend this location if you want a fast food snack

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!! I Have not had the most perfectly made cheeseburger and freshest chicken nuggets in over 20 years!!! So much so that not a drop of anything but hamburger grease fell in the box and on my hand!! I didn't even use my sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets, I don't remember the last time they were so good that I didn't need the sauce!! My only complaint would be they didn't answer the phone so I could praise the shift! 🤣🤣🤣

Placed a mobile order but when I arrived, found out the app had glitched and didn't place the complete order, despite it showing what was ordered. I never received a code after I put the curbside number I was parked in, so no one brought anything out.
I went to the drive-thru and explained what was going on. Everyone was understanding and fixed my order fresh.
I know it wasn't any of the employees that messed up, it was simply a glitch in the mobile app.
I appreciate everyone's help tonight.

Quick service even when busy! 100 Health rating. Could use a bigger parking lot but overall good service.

If I choose to go to the local McDonald's, which is rare, I go later in the day. Its rare for me to go because the substandard customer service and usually my order is wrong. I decided to pop in this morning at 8:30 and the long line moved quickly, the gentleman who took my order was personable and he spoke clearly when repeating my order. Both of the young ladies at the windows were extremely nice and my order was perfect. Way to go morning shift! This crew needs to retrain the other shifts!

All around this McDonald's has made improvements picked up breakfast this morning from inside was in and out in the Flash that's better guys thank you

My husband and I happened upon this location while driving through on a road trip. We were both impressed with this McDonalds - it was very clean and the staff was friendly, they seemed to care about their work (which is not the case at most places). Especially one worker, a middle-aged gentleman who's name we did not get, but as we were eating, we noticed he would walk around the restaurant to make sure everything was in place. We are glad that we stopped by and will do in the future if we are in the same area again.

Never thought I would like mint chocolate anything, but their (seasonal) Shamrock McFlurry was so delicious!!! I had a couple spoons of my granddaughter's. The tiny crystals were so good, and there's a hint of lime taste to the shake. It doesn't sound like it would go together but it totally works! 😍

Very clean, friendly employees, and my order was completed correctly and on time.

The drive through line was long but that's to be expected these days. They had my order ready as soon as I got to the window and my order was correct. Soooooo great customer service

This is the nicest McDonalds I have been too. I usually go around 2ish pm. They have smiles on thier faces. Yes you can tell even under thier mask. Plus they dont just hang the food out the window. They actually hand it to you

Coming here the staff is friendly which is rare to find at these types of establishments. Food to accurate and timely.

Everything was great. Fast and food was fresh. Plenty of napkins. Overall very pleasant. Definitely dropping by again on a lazy day.

The best McDonald's I have been to, hands down. Such a warm atmosphere, homey welcome. Great attitudes and one thing I have never seen at MacDonald's is teamwork and this one's got it going on

Manchester can easily boast having the friendliest McDonald's in the world. At least it's the best one I've ever visited. In our one and only visit, no fewer than four of the employees deserve "Employee of the Month" awards for how generous and helpful they were for our family. Highly recommended - May need to start taking yearly vacations to Manchester just to visit the McDonalds.

The best customer service. The manager was excellent and went beyond her duties to fix a bad order to make it a great one. Good job
