The Bulloch House Restaurant

Great buffet. Wonderful service. The old fashioned Carmel cake, which is my favorite, and that you very rarely find anymore, was amazing! Small town at its finest.

My wife and I rode my motorcycle to warm springs. We came to Bulloch House and sat down to enjoy a nice meal. Our server was great. Will be returning soon with other family members.

Really great food! Enjoyed a Sunday buffet and loved every bite! Beautiful restaurant, fully of charm, great wait staff, adorable little city, totally recommend. Never have seen a buffet with fried green tomatoes as an option, most of the time, they are an expensive appetizer. Never had an apple fried this way, soooo delicious! Loved the sweet potato souffle... simple and great! Go! I hope I can go again!

We always enjoy our drive down to Warm Springs Georgia to eat at the Bulloch House restaurant and maybe a little shopping downtown in the little shops next to the restaurant. The food is good and served buffet style and the restaurant while it use to be in an huge antebellum house, now it is in an historic building downtown which is also nice to see and has a good atmosphere.
My Only disappointment is they never offer any type of dessert to come with your buffet but instead you have to buy it extra from them which is I think unusual for a buffet meal. On Sundays they are extremely busy and there is normally a minimal wait time. Go and check out the Historical little town where our president use to always visit to soak in the warm springs and stay at* little white house while he was there.

This Southern restaurant, in the small town of Warm Springs, had an awesome lunch buffet. So many vegetables, biscuits, corn bread, fried chicken, fried green tomatoes, a salad bar, and more. The peach cobbler and lemon meringue pie topped off the best lunch.

The buffet is always fresh, and delicious. Prices are fair. Desserts are homemade and amazing!!

Wonderful food, very clean and they accommodated gluten free just ask for Rotisserie Chicken from the kitchen and enjoy the salad bar. The veggies are so amazing and the fried chicken oh so good!

This is a very good buffet. There are so many good things to choose from and it is all you can eat. Everything is fresh, nothing tasted canned. Love the fried green tomatoes and they have fried apples too. The biscuits are heavenly. True country cooking at it's best, not canned. Everything was very clean. Highly recommend The Bulloch House Restaurant!!

Good Southern buffet... fried chicken, green fried tomatoes, collard greens, corn bread, sweet tea, etc. Felt like I was eating at a friend's kitchen table. Service is quick but pleasant.

This place was so amazing my entire family had to go back to the cabin and take a nap. Wow! So much great food on the very clean buffet. We can’t say enough about how good our visit was. Every single item on the buffet tasted wonderful and all for around $11 for lunch.

We all ordered desert and loved it. I recommend the banana pudding. OMG! So good. #foodcoma

You have to try this place when you visit. Plenty of seating and good service too!

Excellent Friday night seafood buffet. The salad bar has all the Fixin's and the salmon was really good tonight. Love the fried catfish it was so delicious, I actually had a second one. The price is right and the staff, Sheila, was very friendly and I especially liked how clean the restaurant was, highly recommend, A+.

Good selection and good service. Even though it was a buffet, the waitresses were great scout making sure we had tea and drink refills. When I ordered banana pudding, the waitress brought it out hot and it was probably the best banana pudding I've ever had. Yum!

Everything we tried was great except for the fried chicken, it was dry. Exceptional service and wonderful atmosphere! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Warm Springs, GA.

I absolutely loved everything about The Bullock House! Amazing staff, my food was amazing and it was my first time trying fried green tomatoes (and I think I picked the right place for the first try). This is literally the FIRST time I was unable to decide if the blue cheese or ranch dressing was the best in one restaurant (still haven’t decided). From the flank steak, the fried chicken to the veggies, it was all amazing - much to my surprise! I had been one other time before they changed locations and it felt a bit cramped. Not anymore! The new location is brilliantly set up for their needs as well as the patrons. PLENTY of room!!!! And as a little addition, if you are like me and don’t like food touching look in the photos!!! They have separated plates!!!! PLEASE try it out!!!

I’ve been coming here since I was in my moms belly! Sadly the old location burned down BUT the new location is barley half a mile away and still gives me the nostalgia/tradition that I look for when I visit warm springs! The area with its rich history and small quaint town really gives you the home away from home feeling. Going to the bulloch house is a must in my opinion! The food hits the spot and it sticks to your bones, you won’t leave hungry!

Fried Green Tomatoes! Umm yes, please! The price for Sunday afternoon dinner was perfect. They served sweet potato souffle (I didn't like it) , cream corn, turnip greens I hear were great (I only eat collards) meatloaf (better than the day prior lunch that was twice as much) London broil (cooked a little too long), fried chicken, mashed potatoes, salad bar. All very good. The best part was perfectly sliced fried green tomatoes.

Great Buffett. I have been here several times and it never is disappointing. A large selection on desserts are available. They have added an outside dining area since my previous visit.

I just learned of this place a couple days ago and I absolutely loved it! The homemade Biscuits were exactly like my Mothers, that she made us growing up and served them in her restaurant. I can't wait to come back!!

Dinner served buffet style. Everything was delicious, perfectly fried chicken, perfectly fried cat fish, fresh salad bar, good selection of vegetables. However, you have to leave room for dessert. The strawberry shortcake and coconut cake were freshly made and delicious. The coffee was good. It was definitely worth the wait.
