Hampton Inn by Hilton Fayetteville Fort Liberty

This hotel has excellent service. The rooms are clean and the staff is just wonderful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Toni, who prepared the food, is great. I will always stay here while my son is stationed at Fort Liberty.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable. Quiet location to relax. A convenient short drive to entertainment and restaurant options nearby. I definitely recommend it!

Exceptional service, convenient location just off 95 southbound. The rooms were in excellent condition and mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. Free breakfast was terrific - bread, rolls, pastries, fresh juice, fruit, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, coffee and juice. For our evening meals we had several choices within 5 minutes of the hotel.

From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even going as far as arranging for our rooms to be conveniently located next to each other. In the afternoon, Mack at the front counter went out of his way to assist us with our snacks and drink options, truly adding a personal touch to our experience. Not to mention, the hotel's prime location near a bustling shopping district and a plethora of restaurants made exploring the area a breeze.

Excellent Hampton Inn and only complaint is that the entrance is not convenient. Very easy to miss initially. Must go on an access road to get to it from the highway. Would like a direct entrance!!!

Everything was great (clean, friendly, great hot breakfast included). Only odd thing is that the floor plan from the lobby to the 1st floor is a small elevation difference, which means waiting on the elevator if you're handicapped or use the luggage cart. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. clean and associates were very friendly and accommodating. Food was awesome in the am. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms are a little small, but the service here was top notch. Andre was so helpful and very service oriented. He brightens the room. The managers social dinner on Tuesday night was a first in all of my Hilton travels. I am a diamond member and have traveled a lot for work. I have never had a dinner for free at any Hilton Hotel. Embassy offers a snack and drink happy hour. This and the fact that they offered cookies every night of my stay. The pool was not open yet, but looked very clean for a hotel pool. This is an older property and it shows its age, but you really get more with the amount of service here. If you meet Andre, you will know. The manager was very nice as well. She works very hard to make your stay here special.

Nice place and I had a nice stay. I highly recommend this place to spend a night or three. ( one thing is they take the money out of your credit card for incidental and it may take a day or two to get it back on your card.) But otherwise 👍🏾

I had to move hotels in the middle of the night as a result of some issues at the first hotel. The team at the Hampton Inn were so quick to accommodate me. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The hosts were helpful, responsive, and kind. This will be the hotel I stay whenever TDY in the area in the future.

Stayed here 5 times so far. From the time I checked in till I checked out i had no complaints. Had a great experience each time. The staff met all expectations while I was there and quick to respond to any issues in a timely manner! Rooms were cleaned and maintained very well.
Toni always made sure customers were taken care of and did a n excellent job with breakfast.
I will continue to stay there when I'm in town.
I recommend this hotel very highly..

Stayed overnight for a Convention. Good experience. Room was ready upon arrival. Slept well and no overnight noise. Clean and safe with my stay.

Overall a pleasant stay. The facility needs updating. If the bed was more comfortable and the HVAC worked better in my room it would have been perfect. I would stay at this hotel again if in the area…mainly because of the staff. Vanessa, and all of the staff at the front desk were very responsive and helpful.

We feel that a pleasant hotel stay begins and ends with the front desk staff. Theirs was exceptional, especially Lynelle who checked us in with a smile and great tips about the local area. We will stay there again.

Very nice accommodations. Room clean and staff very accommodating. The hotel's breakfast gave a variety of choices for your pleasure. The hotel was close for the Global Methodist Conference on Friday.

I enjoyed my stay there. Om was the greatest worker i encountered there. He welcome me , answer all of the questions I had . The cookies provided in the evening were amazing. I look forward each day for the amazing cookies while I was there. Continue to keep up the good work and if possible please recognize Om.

Everyone that was working while I was there was wonderful. The maintenance man replaced the light in my bathroom, he was there asap and so nice. The housekeeper Maritza was so pleasant and friendly couldn't ask for anyone better. Mak has to be the most alsome front desk person I have ever encountered .The room and the entire hotel was so clean and comfortable. I will be staying there next time l'm in Fayetteville. Thank all of you for a wonderful stay.

Great experience for my first time in this hotel. Food was pretty good and cleanliness was good. Mac was great and patient while I was trying to get a room and my card was not going through.
