I highly recommend this office ! I have had more than one pet treated here on a holiday, and although I did pay extra for a visit on a holiday, they have been wonderful to my babies! They were quick to respond and take time away from their plans to help during an emergency! They have helped me with payments and been very patient with my catching up on my bill! they really love and care for your pets and it shows in the way your pets are treated!

I have been going to Franklin Veterinary Hospital for about 25 years. Every time I take a pet in I am treated like my dogs are the most important dogs they are going to see that day. They have hugged me when tough decisions had to be made cried with me, and celebrated with me when I get a new member of the family. I have always been treated with respect and compassion. The doctors have come in on weekends and some very late nights to address emergency situations. My pets are healthier because of the great care they receive at Franklin Veterinary Hospital. I highly reccommend this office for your pets health and well being.

Dr Stagnitta and his staff are just amazing. 15 years ago we were moving into our house and our dog ate poison the pest company left. It was Palm Sunday morning and no one but Dr Stagnitta would return my call. He met us at his office and took extra effort for our dog. I've never met such a gentle soft spoken man who just loves animals.
He always makes you feel that your pet is the best ever. He has helped us say goodbye to a long time pet. His soft spoken gentle manner was so very much appreciated.
Once again we had an emergency today (history of knee trouble, both back legs gave out)--his half day--and once again we were able to see him even tho his appointment schedule was jammed full. You would never have known it by either the staff or Dr Stagnitta. He took plenty of time and thoroughly examined our dog. We are anxious that the laser treatments do well; we've already seen a small improvement with just one. He is trying all options at his disposal realizing that we cannot afford any more knee surgeries with our senior income. We are so very thankful our sweet tempered 8 year old maltese is in his wonderful care. And thanks to his staff who have always been so welcoming and kind to us.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area. With my knowledge as a former vet tech working at an excellent hospital with 8 different highly skilled veterinarians, I have had some highly frustrating experiences watching individuals (at different clinics) who are supposed to be the most knowledgeable about our companion animals absolutley fail to do their jobs. Dr. Frank and Dr. Kelly are both kind and knowledgeable. They don't let things slide through the cracks or brush them under the rug. They care about your animals and they don't mind answering questions either. The technicians and office staff are friendly too. Give them a try- I doubt you will be disappointed.

Very caring stop for our dog. They always take excellent care and check with us later to make sure all is well.

The techs and the vet was very personal and professional. This was our first visit to them. We were VERY happy...but most importantly, my dog enjoyed meeting them

This is a wonderful veterinary hospital I've been with them for 15 years .My cat recently got attacked by a dog they took me right in. Their facility is always spotless ,and the team they have there really loves animals!

Dr. Stagnito has taken care of Sugar since she was a puppy. She is a healthy 11 yr old now. Great staff.

They are caring very knowledgeable and work hard to make sure my dogs stay healthy and happy. A little pricey but my dogs are worth it.

We love Dr Stagnita. He's a sweet man. We call him our animal planet Dr. He's kind and caring to all the animals.

Wonderful folks. Even though our pet is from out of town they took her in on short notice on a Friday afternoon. Very grateful.
