Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Fayetteville

Our room was so nice. The beds were the most comfy of any hotel I have ever stayed at. I cannot say anything negative about this hotel, A+++.

I really love it here, it’s close to everything and the girls in the reception are always the sweetest. All employees greet me with a smile and asking what else they can help me with. The two receptionist tonight should be the model of all hospitality based services, they are helpful, kind and sweet. The rooms are exceptionally clean and I cannot find anything that may discourage me to come back, my stay is in excellent status as always.

Staff went out of their way to allow us an early check in after driving 6 hours. The rooms were on the new construction side and were clean and comfy. The continental breakfast was good and fresh.

Wish I had remembered the employees names but check in last night was a breeze and the front desk staff this am was super helpful and friendly… rooms are clean and quiet, right off 95 for easy access. Nice place to stay while traveling!

Fantastic! Room is large and comfy, beds are perfect with soft sheets and your choice of soft or firm pillows. Free green and red apples in the lobby, and Alex was great at check in as well as fixing the TV in the room when it wouldn't turn on. Only thing I'd like to see changed is having brighter lights or more lights in the bathroom. Towels were good sized and quality, clean grounds, kept up well. Will definitely consider here again if I come back to town.

Dana is an excellent person to deal with. Any questions I had, she was very polite and had her own suggestions on what to do. As we had booked late, I didn't have an issue with this nice lady and felt welcomed. Overall good customer service and I will definitely be back again because of her.

My stay has been impressive. Very friendly, customer service exhibited by the entire staff. Clean, well stocked rooms. Really enjoyed the breakfast bar which was one amenity as well as a few others. Overall, Great Experience!

Our stay at Holiday Inn though brief was delightful. The staff were very courteous and professional. The room was clean with extremely comfortable beds. There was a wide variety of breakfast options. Also, the hotel’s location was very convenient to the Fort Bragg Army base. The atmosphere at Holoday Inn was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend a stay here when visiting the area!!

Can't believe this hotel is listed as only two stars. The place was super clean and nice. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the room was so nice, and the beds were comfy. I've stayed in three star places worse than this, for more money. The room was super nice and clean and the TV was really nice. The continental breakfast was great too. Overall really happy I chose this hotel. We had a great stay!

Clean, well maintained hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Not a fan of how right the desk is packed into the double queen rooms, very hard to get into and out of the chair because it is right against the bed. Other than that I had a great stay.

I've stayed at many HIE throughout the country. This one is one of the best I have experienced. Shayna and Giselle were very helpful during check in and always had great dining suggestions.
The entire staff was extremely friendly and personable throughout the stay.
Breakfast was good too. Room was always maintained to a high standard.

Best customer service I've ever experienced, and I travel a lot. The staff was so friendly and helpful, there was always fresh baked cookies at the front desk. the room had a personalized message, the paper and weather everyday, and the breakfast was superb for the price (chiobani yogurt!). My last day I had to leave at 3am and the staff offered me coffee and opened up the breakfast bar so I could get something to eat. Truly a wonderful experience. If I come back to Fayetville I will always stay here.

I stayed here last year and didnt really want to return because the room thermostat wont go below 68 but they really rolled out the red carpet for me on this visit and made me feel at home. Usually when I use my IHG points for a free room I get put in the worst room in the hotel but they actually gave me an upgrade!

The best! Drove here from out of town just for the fireplace and hottub in the room and we we both were very pleased. Breakfast was also good. Appreciate how clean and disinfected the whole hotel was. Definitely will be back!!

We decided to visit our granddaughter in Fayetteville. We picked this location after talking to the hotel manager Eric Brown. He assured us that his staff is taking excellent care of the property and sanitizing regularly. They even have a clean pen cup and a dirty pen cup (after use) for check in. He is correct. One night has turned into 3. Eric has gone out of his way to make us feel welcome, safe and secure. SUCCESS!
The property is brand new and beautifully decorated. Rooms and beds are cozy.
We come to Fayetteville regularly and this is our go to place.
