Days Inn & Suites by WyndhamFort Bragg/Cross Creek Mall

Whew where do I begin I was scared cause I was coming from out of town , the mix reviews don’t make it no better. The negative reviews want a 5 star service at a 2 star hotel. Anyways we had a NON-smoking room let me tell you it was a different experience than the smoke rooms on the outside. The non smoking rooms was on the inside of the building.The bed was comfortable and I didn’t see no bed bugs or roaches. Front desk service was quick. We appreciate the stay. And y’all better not come to this hotel expecting it to be a 5 star hotel.
Plus plenty restaurants and activities around.

I have stay at this hotel for a very long time. It has been remodeled for the last three years I believe maybe longer the rooms are very spacious and always clean. Very good location. You have access to the mall, etc.. very clean pool .Would recommend this hotel too many people please be mindful I see a lot of comments talking about the loud music. The hotel can’t control people checking in playing loud

Very clean and comfortable room!! I was surprised by a few of the reviews I read, but it's true you can't please some people!! We walked into a very fresh, clean, smelling room, nice and roomy, and the beds were crisp and clean. The shower topped it off with great water pressure. Thank you so very much!!!

Great service best customer service very understanding and helpful employees paid partial for my room and before I could pay the rest the front desk employee that day paid the rest for me beautiful rooms and cozy pool also a bbq station and AMAZING breakfast got up at 5am every morning just for it thank you would stay a million times again! Great walking distance to everywhere

Honestly a really nice hotel. Staff was very welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were nice and great proximity to base with limited traffic. Will stay here in the future

The motel is in a great location! The room I had was spacious, clean. Check in was fast and the staff was very nice.

Rooms were clean. I lifted the bed to check for any signs of bugs,nothing. Sheets and pillows were clean. There are not a lot of choices for the free breakfast, but the waffles were DELICIOUS, and you make it fresh. The pool is small, close at 6 pm. They are pet friendly, but be prepared to pay an additional $25.00 a day fee. I didn't hear my neighbors on either side and above me. Close to Bragg and stores.

Everything was clean and great nice selection on breakfast.

We booked the rooms a week in advance, came within time allowed, but that evening staff lady was on the boarder line of being rude. The morning staff played a huge role in making my stay enjoyable! The rooms where clean and larger than most. Will come back again!

Good servicable hotel directly across from the mall and convenient to other shopping. Great access to Fort Bragg. Rooms are clean if not fancy, mattresses very firm but comfortable. Currently provided toiletries are by Matrix and have a nice scent. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and professional. The breakfast included make-your-own waffles and pancakes, prepackaged sausage biscuits, prepackaged mini omelettes, yogurt, a selection of breads & pastries and a selection of cold cereals with milk, two kinds of juice and coffee. Pool and pool area were clean and in good repair. We would stay here again on a return trip.

Big room. Clean. Could use some updating to carpet. Bed was too soft for us but some people love their bes soft like a cloud. The shower and bath was awesome! People smoking nearby was bad but not interolable. Overall, greay staff and awesome place! Awesome location as well! Great place!! Better than other cheaper hotels near! Great value! Thank you to the awesome manager CJ, who checked us in and was there throughout our stay!

Arrived after an 11 hour flight from Germany and an hour drive from Raleigh Durham. Our family member wasn't home so we needed to find a place to sleep. The night time staff were amazing. Gave us a beautiful room (upgraded at no charge). We stayed two nights and seriously thought about staying for our visit, but our family would not have been too happy...Lol! Great rooms, excellent staff and wonderful hot breakfast. Definitely recommend this and other Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham.

I stay in that place whenever I visit my son in Ft Bragg. People behind the counter are nice. Some rooms require remodel, but because of my frequent stays there my room is getting updated and im getting a diiscount. They accept pets too and there is just enough of a grassy are for them to run. No fee for service animals.
Mall is just across the street too.
Will stay there again.

We stayed at this Days Inn for 8 days and had a wonderful experience! Our room was clean, bed was comfy, and every staff member I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful! Quiet location, and right next to all the shopping and dining spots. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect location right off the highway. Hotel was updated which was nice because some hotels/motels in this chain are not. Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

Loved my OverNight Stay. The Continental Breakfast was Great. And the Location is Fantastic. Room was Nice and Clean. And Reasonable and Affordable. I really recommend this motel, highly. The Pool was Awesome too.

When my family arrived in Fayetteville on orders to Fort Bragg, we were expecting to be in our hotel for 5 days until our house was finished being built. However, that is not what is happening, we are ending our second week and entering our third week here because our house was delayed and is not ready. I am so thankful for the staff and management here. Calvin, in management has gone out of his way to make us comfortable despite un foreseen circumstances, the maintenance staff is attentive and friendly, the house keeping staff, especially Regina and Shereena has gone above and beyond daily to make sure that our room is fresh and comfortable. I am 28 weeks pregnant staying here with 3 children, this staff has made this tragic situation so much better for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, for long term or short term. I am truly grateful and plan to spread the word in military community as well.
