Skyler at the Ogeechee Rd store is amazing. He's helpful and friendly. His level of knowledge and customer service is superior. Wish everywhere had a Skylar!!

Good customer service in a retail setting is hard to come by these days. But Ross and his associates were helpful, knowledgeable and definitely patient with us. We took up a lot of his time but he never made us feel like one of “those customers”. Thank you for all of that Ross! AT&T is lucky to have you represent them.

Scott, the manager, is, by far, the most knowledgeable person at any AT&T store I have ever dealt with. He got us switched over to the new plans in minutes and had good advice about managing a hotspot.

Great place to buy a phone. I switched from Verizon to AT&T and he made sure that I got every offer and benefit possible. Made the transition amazing. I came in after work and he stayed 2 hours after he closed talking on the phone with Verizon and AT&T to make sure our phones were transferred correctly. If you appreciate amazing customer service, this is the place, ask for Craig.

Madison & Trinity were amazing! They are very patient, knowledgeable and resourceful, which is hard to find these days. Switched from Sprint to ATT two moths ago. I brought my own iPhone. Sprint didn’t make the switch easy at all. But the great customer service here made it all fun. I forgot his name, but that awesome young man was so helpful!

I came in a couple of weeks ago to switch from Verizon, and Craig made the entire process pleasant. He provides great customer service with a smile, answers all questions, and makes it clear that if any questions or issues should arrive he is there to make it right.

My IPhone 7 Plus had issues. Before selling me a phone, Stephon tried to fix it. After being unsuccessful, he got me up and running with a brand new phone. Stephon and staff were amazing. You never have to wait. Make sure you ask for Stephon. I will go back just to have his customer service.

After the main at&t store on mall blvd, turned me away from keeping my same phone number, Stephon at this location assisted me promptly and courteously as the store was about to close. It took him 15 minutes to do what I needed done for new service with at&t and I called the main store to tell them as well!

Scott is the man to come see for all your iPhone needs. He took his time to walk me through and set me up with a IPhone and home internet package, while saving me money.

Great customer service. The manager, Jamison, was very professional and was a GREAT help with explaining the different devices and features with my new XS Max. I will continue to visit this location for all of my future needs.
