I'm setting the record straight after reading what was an obvious Karen review on here... people... this doctor is so humble and caring and takes such wonderful care of me with asthma and is patient with my son with autism an really is top notch with helping trouble shoot my wife's symptoms an addressing them so thoughtfully an such a cordial non scary doctor to my daughter. Maybe the negative reviewers need to think about how they might of approached their visit in a disrespectful manner to those serving them. Respect is a two way street and the Smith Lambert has me and my families.

I have been coming here for years. Dr. Lambert is professional and genuine. He truly cares about his patients. He and his staff work hard to make sure that their patients are looked after.

Everyone was real nice and very caring. I like the human touch from the doctor.

Lambert is the most uncaring incompetent money-driven "doctor". If you care about your health, don’t put it in his hands. I’m a kind & empathetic person & I don’t make these statements lightly. I went in after several ER trips, w/ a severe health crisis, concerned & needing answers as I kept being told I need a neurologist but a referral from Primary 1st. I'd only seen him 1 other time over a yr ago because I’d just moved to Manchester from Columbus. This is being edited years later.

After waiting patiently for over an hour for him with my baby & mom waiting as well, the very 1st thing he said when he came in after having not seen him but once before over a year prior was an ugly toned "What's wrong with you?"
I had a list & told him I would try to sum it up & he snapped back real hateful w/ "You need to make it fast because I've got 3 patients after you!" I stuttered & shook nervously trying to explain what was wrong as quickly as I could. He interrupted with frustration "ONLY 1 SYMPTOM!!...I WILL NOT TREAT BUT 1 SYMPTOM!! You will have to come back multiple times for each symptom."

I replied, "I understand you don't primarily treat such severe issues & hoped you could refer me to specialists". He sharply said "I WILL NOT!.. I will only refer you to 1 specialist for 1 symptom & you have to come back for each & I will only focus on 1 symptom!"

In reflection, that throws out nearly every common ailment which has multiple symptoms like bronchitis, flu etc. Completely incompetent.

**Not to mention his phlebotomist caused major nerve damage when she drew my blood over a yr ago. I couldn't use my arm for 2mos & a full year of neuropathy from head to toe! I didn't even make it an issue. I know mistakes happen. I wish I would have.

This is when he started getting really mad & showing his true colors. He said "I will not for you because you didn't schedule for each symptom last time like I told you to".(I was new patient that visit). So I need to schedule 1 appt for dizziness, another for faint spells, a 3rd for losing breath like the wind is knocked out of me, a 4th for spasm head pains etc which ALL occur at the SAME time? Literally.

He made it blatantly clear saying why he would not refer me to the specialists that I needed because I am not one of his reoccurring patients who will come in all the time for medications because I treat things naturally and am just looking for the cause so I can treat it at home without pharmaceuticals.
