Since moving from N.C. in October I been trying to find a family doctor who cared enough about me as a person & for my health. I got established & seen Dr. Patel. He was super friendly, kind, caring & concerned . Thank you for making it a wonderful experience. And I'm happy to say I found my new family practice !

Dr. Patel makes me feel comfortable sharing my health issues with him. He seems to really care about my health and trying to find out what's going on. I'm very happy with him as my doctor. Also the staff there are very friendly and do a great job. I would recommend this doctor.

This was my first visit to Baycare Medical Group. I found my experience outstanding. The staff was so organized, friendly and willing to explain everything. Great job ladies!!! Doctor Patel was patient and informed of all my issues before he even came in the room. I liked him instantly. My husband and I were both very happy with our visit. Dr Patel showed concern and compassion with my pain issues. My A1C had increased a little and he was very patient in discussing it with me emphasizing a balanced diet and to curb carb intake. All in all my visit ended on a positive note. I like him very much and appreciate his time spent with me.

I called and left a message with a nurse regarding blood pressure concerns about 3 weeks prior and never received a response. This was unusual for this office. When I called this week, I was given an appointment that day with Dr. Patel. I so appreciated his time, as well as Noel, to listen and address my concerns! Thank you so much!!

Dr. Patel is always friendly, never makes you feel like he’s hurrying you to get to another patient. He takes time to explain what’s going on and how he feels he’ll take care of you.

Great physician! Was able to get an appointment right away and he was able to take care of my issue without having to send me to a specialist. Very caring and compassionate. You don't see that very much these days. Highly recommend.

Dr Patel is knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss all of your concerns. Answers all of your questions. He is very personable and easy to talk to, he seems concerned about your health. His office staff is terrific!

Dr. Patel was very kind and caring. He got me in the same day I called because I was feeling poorly. He also called me back to report my X-ray findings and to give me additional instructions. What a gem we have in Winterhaven!

Dr. Patel is the best PCP I have ever used. He and his staff are very professional, have addressed my issues, and are quick to respond to questions and requests for prescription refills.

I love coming here. Great staff, very helpful with appointments and even getting you worked in if need be. Drs are compassionate. They don't rush through your visit. Very clean setting.

I was so thankful and impressed with the help and service I received!!! I called their office last minute yesterday in dire need of an appointment due to a form needing to be signed by Dr. Patel...I was a brand new patient and they fit me in!!!

Dr. Patel is pleasant and professional. Love not having to wait for a long time to see the doctor.
