North Roswell Automotive is amazing!!! I was driving down the road when a woman ran up to my car & told me the bottom of my car was sparking- i called over to North Roswell Automotive, and they told me to come right away and they would take a look. Turns out my bottom plate needed to be screwed back on, which they did at no cost!! I was shocked, THAT is great customer care. I WILL be back for any of my auto needs because they were so nice, efficient and caring. I would HIGHLY suggest them!

We are new to the neighborhood and yesterday, one of my vehicle’s tires developed a slow leak. I had noticed this shop during my stops at the neighboring QT and since the shop is within walking distance of my house, I dropped it off this morning and walked home. The repair was completed within 15 minutes and when I returned to pick the car up, they said there was no charge. What a pleasant surprise! I will be returning to this shop for my future service needs!

First time customer of North Roswell Automotive. I was very impressed by my experience. The facility and bathrooms were clean. The team was friendly, fast, and, most importantly, straightforward. There were several costly issues with my vehicle. The team helped me navigate the situation- what needed to be prioritized to get me safely back on the road now vs. noncritical issues that could be put off for later. I will definitely be back.

These guys are amazing! From my initial interaction, to diagnoses and solutions you feel like you are a priority and that you are being taken care of, honestly, with integrity and at a reasonable price. I had a flat tire this morning on the way to work. After making a few calls and waiting for a roadside assistance in the QT parking lot I noticed that North Roswell Automotive was getting ready to open. I went in and spoke with Chase who was nice enough to take the flat tire off and put the spare on. He also put air in the spare tire for me. What a great guy and he is such a wonderful representative of North Roswell Automotive. I will be back for my car care needs in the future.

I love this place. Honestly, they are so friendly and straight up. They help me out with all my repairs to my mini.

I live only about 2 miles away and it’s so easy to stop in. If needed, they drive me home and pick me up or deliver my car later. If repairs take several days, they provide a loner.

This is my girlfriend and I’s go to spot with both our Honda civic and Chevy suburban. They’re always quick to the point and provide explanations for all the work they do on our vehicles. Customer service is 10/10 from the moment you get there til you drive off. They also have nice lounge chairs

I just had my first experience at north roswell automotive repair. They gave me a detailed outline of options, I need to have my radiator replaced. They offered to come pick me up at my house if needed when the job was complete. I appreciated that willingness to go the extra mile. I heard them offer 2 other customers that same convince. One of them was a long term customer and again this was my first visit. The other thing I appreciate d was that the kept updating me on the progress and timeline that they would be finished. Thank you!

At first they did not tell me that it was $300 diagnostic fee. They just said bring it in and let us look and see what you need. After speaking with them about this I have say they corrected this charge to me and made this right. I have been a customer now for over two years and they are a fair and honest shop. If you not satisfied they will make it right just let them know. I will continue to use them for all my car care needs. They have great oil specials too. Thank you North Roswell Automotive!

Great customer service. They are very prompt letting you know what’s wrong with your car and then continue to update you on the progress. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I have had my car serviced here twice.

This morning was my first trip to N. Roswell Auto Repair, and it was an excellent experience. They had me in and out quickly, my wife's minivan was fixed up as expected, and Scott was polite and eager to please. Thank you, and see you next time!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. We own an Camry, Lexus, Avalon. Over the years they have done oil changes, replaced front bumpers, fixed sun shades and replaced brakes with no hiccups. Recently I bought a BMW. Knew the oil changes would be a bit costly. Took it to North Roswell Auto, surprised the cost was only about $100. Nice. They are a BMW authorized service station. Keeps warranty in place. Highly recommend them.

I used North Roswell Automotive to get my brakes replaced. They did an excellent job. They got the job done under the quoted price and had it ready earlier than expected. Rafael was very good to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs.

Most efficient mechanic I've worked with! Their online appointment scheduling allowed me to book quickly on the same day, get an honest evaluation and leave with new brakes before they closed. Really appreciate their efficiency & honesty.

After trying several auto repair shops in the Roswell/Alpharetta area we've found our go-to. Scott Polito, Raphael and the rest of the crew there always treat us fairly and don't try to get every dollar out of us that they can. We go in for X, X gets fixed and they don't try to scare us into spending another two grand on something that isn't necessary. Sure they'll do the inspection and let us know issues they notice along the way but they aren't pushy about it and that's why we keep coming back.
