Tracey at city hall( I think she hates her job and her life) every time I've had to call or had to go there and deal with her she is very RUDE. The other ladies( hand things off to her instead of handling things themselves) they all there are just asinine with how they handle things and their policy's. The only one who was helpful and reasonable was the lady getting us our trashcans.
