Bailey's Pharmacy Orlando

I have been with this pharmacy for a couple years now. It is fabulous. Customers are very well taken care of. I get medications on time and they work well with my insurance. Thank you for making it easier to get my meds with your delivery. The last delivery guy that came last week is a hoot. I had over a 1000 views on my last review but wanted to update it with a more recent review. Just one thing, please unclog your voice mail box :)

Transferring my prescriptions to Bailey's Pharmacy Orlando was the best decision I've made. It was a welcome change from the "big" name pharmacies. Bailey's reminds me of my hometown's, small town feeling. You never have to worry about calling for refills, the staff at Bailey's is on top of that. Everyone on the phone is pleasant, always ready to help and very knowledgeable regarding each person's medications. They treat you like family. A huge plus is the fact that they deliver. Every driver will call you & tell you exactly how many minutes out they are. Bailey's is definitely an outstanding, professional, caring group of people who put those "big" name places to shame. I highly recommend Bailey's Pharmacy Orlando for all your pharmacy needs.

Excellent customer care I've ever found in a pharmacy. Wish I had listen to my provider (Spektrum) and gone to them sooner! The pharmacist, staff and delivery people are polite and professional every time! Moved my mom and family over to Bailey's as well because my loved ones deserve the very best care.

As a patient from Spektrum Health for years, I have to say in the almost 2 months as a customer not only has customer service been A1,the delivery service top notch. I've have been kept more abreast of my refills, cost of my prescriptions & updated MORE SO than dealing with the :big chain" pharmacies. Thank you Dr.Joey & Baileys. Bailey's is definitely top notch, highly recommended, the best at what they do. I started using them when another local pharmacy was insisting that my insurance didn't cover one of my meds. I went back and forth with them for about a week when I finally gave up and contacted Bailey's who delivered to me the next day.
Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. I would never trust anyone else.
I can't even express my gratitude for Will who takes it to another level, always pleasant and helpful.
Even the rep, Arthur Aldea has personally delivered to me.They always go above and beyond.

Excellent service! I had never tried home delivery with prescriptions until now and they do a superb job at communicating throughout the whole delivery process. The delivery drivers, especially Felix, have gone out of their way to make sure my orders have arrived safe, on time, and that I was notified on arrival of my delivery.

Today was my first time using Bailey's I will NEVER go to another pharmacy again. The staff was amazing and the pharmacist was absolutely outstanding !!! The pharmacist took his time to not only answer my questions but was genuinely happy to. They had my prescriptions filled without any issues and had them all in stock when I was told by several other pharmacies that the medication was on back order. I don't have prescription coverage at the moment and they even worked out something that would fit my budget. Bailey's save the day I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I've never experienced a pharmacy like Baileys pharmacy or in need of Medical supplies what a wonderful group of people. They treat my family as if it was their own. Whether you need delivery or visiting the location in Orlando your there top priority so if you're looking for a top notch service please consider Baileys.....

Pharmacy does not only provide top of the line service it is also fully stocked with any of your wellness related needs from vitamins,supplements and over the counter items for your convenience. definitely calling this my new local pharmacy for me and my family!

Bailey’s Pharmacy has such prompt and friendly service. They have true compassion for each individual customer. The prices are excellent for my scripts and are alway filled faster than expected.The staff is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. I got my Pfizer Vaccine at Bailey’s. Such nice people and William was such a fun guy!
Same day appointment, clean, and when it was time for my 2nd Dose they gave me a personal phone call.

Bailey's is second to NONE! Through a recommendation from a friend, we decided to try them to fill my son's medication. It was the best thing we ever did, now we use their services exclusively. One weekend my son had an asthma attack, I called and arrangements were made to get his albuterol to us on the same day. I cannot tell you how great it is to deal with the staff there- they are the best- they exemplify excellence always.

The best pharmacy I have ever used. I found the prices to be better then any of the local pharmacies! I'm disabled and cannot leave the house so getting my prescriptions prior to my doctor recommending Bailey's was expensive, time-consuming, and generally caused me to be without needed medication for days at a time. By the way their prescription delivery? If you're on Medicare it's free. I don't know about otherwise but it's certainly worth checking out. These guys are great!

To my problem and everything worked out fine. The gest is Bailey's concern for their patience will not be found in a big name store at Bailey's you are not just a number you are a person.

This Pharmacy is above and beyond I've never had one that will come pick up my prescriptions and deliver for free. All the pharmacist are very kind and compassionate. And they have medical supplies common knee braces Etc it's a one stop shop for all of your needs for health!

Bailey's is the best pharmacy in Orlando. They offer pick up and delivery to your house, with professionalism and a warm smile. The pharmacist Will, is like family. You won't find a better pharmacy in Orlando.

Really nice only people that had the Johnson & Johnson covid vaccine. I set up appts for 3 different places who claimed they have that vaccine and none of them did. Went there no appt got the shot quickly and left. All the staff was very nice answered my questions.

I switched to Baileys maybe half a year ago and they are super friendly and caring! There is never any issues with my medicine and the pharmacy tech Julissa is always super nice and helpful !!!
