Steven And Daughter Brittany Are wonderful people even met a very special Daughter and Granddaughter. I couldn't be happier with my home. And in getting to know this special family I found my self very blessed. If you need a realator I sure would give them a call. I don't just see them as business people which they definitely are, but they have become very special friends to me.

He starts off being nice then he become a arrogant person. He had rented us a house and charged us first last n security plus pet fee cuz I had a 6 pound Yorkie. So then we were living there and maintained the pool cost to bring it up to par! The house smelled really bad and thank god we bombed the place for bugs prior to moving in because when we came from the hotel to actually clean and move in, it was infested with German roaches and hundreds of big palmetto bugs! It was quite horrendous! We were stuck though due to the fact that we had moved from out of state! So I made the best of it cleaned it and refurbished the pool and also did some painting and also updated the landscaping! Not to mention we also had to put in baseboards that were missing! Once again we had moved from out of state so we had already paid him about $7000! So after renting for about 4 months we reported to him that we had started getting a leak that we were not sure where it was coming from and he did not even bother to come and check the property to see where the leak was coming from! A whole month and a half went by and he still did not appear so we sent him a certified letter informing him we would be moving due to us sleeping in the living room because the smell I could not deal with any longer! We had been good tenants and brung his property up to par and he was very cocky and a slum landlord! I would never rent from this guy again he is a con artist and he will take every penny he can from you! We struggle to get back on our feet due to him keeping $2600 of ours! Take your business elsewhere if you wanna deal with professionalism! He is very selfish and only worried about himself and every penny he can take from the unfortunate! Beware doing business with Amir he is a big Con artist! Don't be fooled by him being nice at first cuz he sure turns out differently once you pay your dues!

Amir is horrendously arrogant and rude. First negative review I've ever left on a company cause it'sprobably the worst service I've ever recieved from any business. Look elsewhere if you're looking to purchase or rent a property

This guy IS NO GOOD.. STAY AWAY.. SAVE FOR YOUR HOME AND DO IT THE CORRECT WAY. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FEEL NO REMORSE. HE TOOK $850.00 FROM ME AND I DIDN'T EVEN MOVE INTO THE CONDO HE WAS RENTING. HE REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY DEPOSIT. THE PLACE WAS TRASHED AND NOT IN LIVING CONDITION. I AM VERY SURPRISED HE STILL DOING BUSINESS IN POLK COUNTY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO BUY OR RENT ELSEWHERE HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE IN YOUR FACE. NOT A GOOD PERSON.

Avoid please. Sells and rents unsafe homes and expects a ton of $ for it.
