Great deals on RH furnishings. Some items may be banged up, but most are in new, showroom condition. Great but limited selection. Giant showroom displaying items for every room or need. May require several trips over several weeks or even months to find items to furnish your home or apartment or to find that perfect item that you are looking for or didn't expect to find.

Firstly, the staff is exceptional, with special recognition to Jennifer and Jason for their outstanding efforts. The furniture from RH is sturdy. I appreciate the variety of items offered in the outlet. While the prices may be on the higher side, the quality is unbeatable and is truly impressive.

I’ve been lucky enough for this place to open very close to my house. It’s an outlet which is amazing because you don’t have to wait for brand new furniture. Somethings have imperfections. Sometimes you don’t find full sets but they have amazing deals! Sometimes more than %50 off! The salespeople in the store are the nicest around. Most pleasant experience shopping.

My boyfriend and I bought a couch here. Amazing quality and for half the price of normal RH. Customer service at the store was very very good. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Good selection of heavily discounted furniture. Everything in there is built extremely solid. We had great service from Jason on a pair of dining chairs.

Forget about the bad reviews - this place is great. People complaining about their 'outlet price' might think they can buy a Porsche for the price of a used Corolla. THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS, PEOPLE! Yes, RH is expensive for a reason: they make good stuff that will last for generations. If you think it's overpriced, go shop at Ikea then (nothing against the Swedish store, I have a few items myself).

Rating this on the quality of experience. My girlfriend and I wandered in today thinking we'd found a solution for dressers. Just to find out this was not to be; the price was not right for us. However, the salesman I spoke with was extremely friendly and took the time to show us around even knowing I was not going to buy anything. I can always appreciate that level of quality in a person representing their company, I think anyone can.

In short, I highly recommend the beautifully crafted furniture from this outlet for any and all who are in this price market. The experience brought by the employees equals the quality of products available. Bravo guys.

Definitely a great place to find high end furniture for a great price. The store offers from 25% off to 50% off in furniture pieces that are already discounted. Yes, there are some damaged items but there is also a lot of nice items.
I found some great deals on pieces that I needed and used them to stage some of my luxury listings.
Awesome deals on contemporary looking leather sofas and sectionals, dining tables and bedrooms sets.
RH furniture helped me sell several properties and I will keep looking for good deals.

The only reason I gave 5 stars was because the furniture and products they sell are great! I have a lot of furniture, linens, and bath towels from them. Most items purchased from the actual store. The outlet is a great place to go and find single items. Sometimes you can luck out and find an entire set.

However I went in to purchase two chairs... we ended up finding the two chairs we wanted, I walked over to get an associate to write up the sale. When we got back over to the chairs another very rude sales associate came over and in a very disrespectful tone said they were already sold. Now mind you the customers she had been working with had not made their minds up yet. (We had been sitting in the chairs for about 10 minutes testing them and looking them over.. she never once came up and said excuse me these are sold) The outlet works on a first come first serve basis. I’m not upset about not getting the chairs, because I ended up finding two chairs that I liked better. My complaint is that the sales associate was extremely rude and disrespectful. The store manager was as well. He was absolutely useless and could have cared less about customer service. He looked at me with a blank stare and made a rude comment.

The part that really upsets me was that when I came back to pick the chairs up, the store manager ran straight to the back of the store and had two older lady sales associates load my two chairs up. I thought that was absolutely unacceptable. There ended up being another guy in the store who saw this and he helped me load them into my truck.

Purchased a sofa yesterday. We saved over $1000 of price in store. People need to realize, it is available immediately and you can view the exact piece you are taking home. Some items aren’t marked down much, but others are. Store employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

Visited the RH Outlet recently and spent a great deal of time working with Jason. He was happy to answer all of my questions and provided lots of helpful advice as we looked at different items together. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about helping customers, and I’m looking forward to many return visits.

My husband and I always make a trip to the outlets! Today we finally bought a bed we’d been eyeing for weeks! Everything was flawless from the time we were greeted by Jason who really went the extra mile to ensure the bed was perfect for us! He patiently helped to answer our questions and was beyond helpful. We also worked with Darius and John who helped quickly get everything together for us and took time to help figure out how to get the item to fit in our Jeep.

My husband and I love the outlet and had the most positive experience with the staff! Thank you for making this so easy for us! We cannot wait to work with them in the future :)

I was looking for a particular set of furniture and I live two hours away, I called and Jane was so helpful. She went out of her way to send me pictures of the furniture and work with me so that I can make arrangements to pick it up. They have sets of furniture that I could not find at any other outlet. Loved this store, I received the furniture I was looking for at half the price. A win win!

In general, it’s 40% off normal RH prices. Don’t be fooled by the normal price listed since they are not listing member price as the base and members get 20% off at the normal store and it’s only $100 to be a member, so it’s a no brained to become a member when whatever you are buying is over $500. So just look at the “outlet price” as being normal if it shows 20% on the tag... if it shows above 20%, then it’s a better deal. You get 50% off the outlet price (at least when I was there).

Saw a beautiful round table at the outlet store and love the price just as much as the table. Nice sales people, great selection. Going back again today to pick up coffee table because the sale price is so fantastic.

I loved visting rooms to go .They have selections to choose from. Which great! You have different types too look at from beds to table ann lots of sofa to .the cost aren't bad they have prices that will for you!I love it
