Crabapple Knoll Veterinary Clinic

My Wife and I followed Dr. Scott Robestelli from Rose Animal Hospital. The main office that we visit is Veterinary Medical Center but after one of our sweet pups recent surgeries, we had to do two days of hospitalizations and Dr. Scott was at the Crabapple Knoll Location the day after the surgery, so we visited this location for the first time. As soon as we walked in, the Staff were extremely warm and welcoming. After discussing our sweet babies recovery and progress and deciding on starting the hospitalization that day (weekend/Sunday) Dr. Scott was supposed to get off at Noon that day but he stayed over, to make sure our baby was set up and that Dr. Becky had a little background on our girl. Dr. Scott was going to be off the next few days but assured us that our girl was in good hands. Dr. Becky kept us updated by text constantly and the Technicians were wonderful! I come from having the same Vet for all my family fur babies growing up. He was amazing and he was the only one I trusted regarding my dogs health, but it has been a blessing finding Dr. Scott. Our two girls are in good hands and I truly trust he is caring for them the same way he does his pups!

Earlier this evening was my very first visit to Crabapple Knoll Vet because my seven year old cat has been under the weather with congestion and breathing concerns.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the girls at the reception desk and they were so friendly and quick to get me into an exam room.

Then I was welcomed by Anna who did the initial intake information and she was so sweet, personable and knowledgeable. She was just a very warm person all around.

Afterwards I was greeted by the vet, Dr. Shelby and she was equally amazing. So warm, knowledgeable and I could tell she genuinely cared about my cat and was able to reassure me she would make a full recovery with some antibiotics.

On top of the wonderful staff, the visit and meds were so reasonably priced! I was expecting it to cost more but with that kind of care and prices, we will not be going anywhere else!

All of the staff are so nice, friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend trusting your furbaby in their care. Very easy to setup an appointment and to check-in/check-out.

This Veterinarians office is one of the best that I have been to. They really care about your fur babies as much as you do. My sister and I have been taking our babies to see Dr. Scott for years. He is so kind, caring, and takes the time to explain everything to you. My Rufus hates the vet, but loves Dr. Scott, and is always happy to see him! I highly recommend!

Crabapple Knoll has done beyond an amazing job with all of our fur babies! Every single person that cares for them has been beyond wonderful. From simple routine care to dealing with severe seizures and losing a pet there is no one else we would recommend taking your fur babies to.

The best vet clinic and boarding around bar none. The staff and veterinarians go above and beyond to provide all the information as well answer any questions you may have. What got me to switch was my now prior vet canceled and boarding appointment last minute and when we called Julie (I think that was her name) was able to get us in and board both my dogs last minute on a holiday weekend. Just a truly exceptional experience. Thanks to all the staff for being so awesome!

The veterinarians at this practice are incredibly kind, and genuinely care about the health of your pets. They are current on all the latest medical literature, and take the time to discuss treatment and options with you. I never feel rushed, or feel as though they are pushy about certain things. I have a menagerie of animals, and I am very very picky about who treats them; I would not take them anywhere else. Their vet techs are also the best I have ever seen at a veterinary practice. They are so wonderful, they put you and your pet at ease the minute they walk in the room. Amazing energy, and animals know these things. I think my pets get excited to go and visit a few of them! The front office staff is also great. And don’t get me started on the hours they are open. A vet open on Sunday’s? Yes, please! Just wonderful. Love them.

I couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention my girl Jessie gets here! She's an older street rescue from the Cobb County Humane Society and is living large because of the excellent care here. Jessie's had one of her hips "rebuilt" and two different cancer surgeries performed at their sister clinic Veterinary Medical Center as a result of the initial diagnosis from Crabapple Knoll Veterinary Clinic. This s a top notch practice with an outstanding suite of animal services!

Dr. Ashley Gaston is the GOAT. I’ve never had such a compassionate, patient, understanding, and personable vet for my animals… ever. The vet tech we saw today, Julianna Stacy, was equally as amazing. Both showed the best love and care during the visit and treated my dog as their very own. Every time I visit Crabapple Knoll Vet Clinic, I know my animals are receiving the best!

Super nice and clean plus thorough in the care they provide to my pets. I have been going there for over 20 years with two sets of dogs and they have provided excellent care while also being flexible schedule wise. My friends are always amazed that I can get appointments on Saturdays and Sundays without having to book months in the past.

Crabapple Knoll’s had been caring for our 11 Yr. old epileptic Bernese Mountain Dog over the past 8 years. They have been wonderful and would recommend to anyone. Every employee interaction is fantastic. You and your pet will be in good hands under their care.

Unfortunately, we recently had to put him down due to arthritis pain, mobility challenges, large cyst on leg and old age. Dr. Duncan was kind, understanding, nonjudgmental and provided us with all the information needed in order to make this difficult decision. Thank you Dr. Duncan for your professionalism.

Best vet I’ve ever been to. I have 3 rescues and have been going to Crabapple Knoll for several years now. They have saved two of my dogs lives, one that had to have emergency splenectomy and the other with congestive heart failure that prolonged his life for one more year. From the doctors here to the staff and receptionist, they have all been great and have provided great care to me and my dogs. I won’t go anywhere else!

This is the BEST place for our 5 pups!! Collectively we have been so pleased with not only the vet care, but the front desk staff and the grooming crew. LOVE THEM ALL!!

Friendly, professional and efficient. A number of separate rooms immediately off the waiting room. It was a great first and second experience. I was referred by several happy dog owners!

We had a difficult decision to make with our 17 year old cat. The entire staff at Crabapple Knoll went above and beyond to not only get us in for a weekend appointment, but were extremely kind and caring during our visit.

When I started visiting Crabapple Knoll Vet I had one cat, and it was back on 2007. My cat became started getting sick on and on. They ran all the test available, everything was normal. Until done day, her sodium was so high, over reading levels. The vet went out of her way to find us a specialist who will take care of her write of way. Unfortunately, she passed, but the way this office made me feel, was a feeling it has stay with me 15 years later. Now, I have 2 French bulldogs, a senior cat with diabetes, and two female cats. I have tried vets like “Belle Isle” which I wouldn’t recommend, and I haven’t been able to find the level of professionalism and care anywhere. My dogs love coming here! Doctor Herrington, Hartford, Duncan, Daniels, are our to go Doctors! My babies love Derek, Annie, and all the technicians here. The front desk team, is so sweet and helpful! I drive 30 miles to see them, but we don’t care, because they are in good hands!

Our Vet recently closed their doors after 10 plus years. My dog, Sophie was brought there when she was first rescued off the street before she was part of our family.

Honeslty, I was a little nervous changing veterinary clinics after so many years at one place.

I have been so impressed with Crabapple Knoll. The front desk has been amazing. The vet techs have been so professional and caring.

They were able fit me in last minute yesterday when I told them how my dog had injured herself the previous night. (There was also a cancelation while we were on the phone)

Dr. Ashley is the best!! She is extremely knowledgeable. She has treated my 12. year old cattle dog mix with such love and kindness. Big plus, Dr. Ashley seems to care about her as if she were her own dog.

I brought my 11 year old mini Yorkie to Crabapple Vet at one of their busiest times—6pm. Their process for examining and admitting her for treatment for acute pancreatitis was swift and highly professional. On pickup the next day, the vet and staff were caring and very thorough with her discharge and instructions for home care. Highly recommend!

Dr Joe is the best Vet that we have come across in our years of owning various pets. He is truly concerned about your pet, and not how they can "add services". He is extremely thorough & honest while providing all the options available. We will NOT take our Romeo anywhere else unless it is outside of Dr Joe's scope, then he even will give you the best referrals for any additional treatment needed.
