Went to the Crystal River store to check on a lift chair. After visiting 2 other retailers we returned to the Crystal River store to make the purchase saving literally thousands of dollars for a much higher quality product than what the other two wee offering. Thanks to them we have been able to build our non existent credit to great credit rating unlike the rent to own companies that charge you triple what thier cheap furniture is worth you get quality electronics/ furniture with a lot lower interest and monthly payments! We have even recommended our young adult Children go through them to start to establish their credit.

I stopped in just to look around with no intention of buying anything today and ended up finding a mattress I liked. After deciding I wanted to try for the credit line and being approved my sales lady who was awesome told me about some other deals going on because I was going to have to come back the next day after I got paid. She found something very similar to what I wanted and it was on sale. It’s on order now and in a few days I should be resting comfortably on my new bed. Thank you Badcock!

We absolutely love Badcock Home Furniture, we have purchased several items from them. I also remember asa child my mother always bought her furniture there. Excellent company and has been in business since 1904

I had an excellent experience with them today buying a washer! The staff was very helpful with trying to accommodate me with what I was looking for, however I had to wait a long time for there credit approval because there was an issue with something to do with my old accounts address...Besides having to wait it was a great experience:)

Absolutely amazing service, staff, and all around GREAT place to shop and buy furniture. No pressure sales, very informative and patient when asked lots of questions. Accommodated work schedule to deliver .... Delivery guy that came was on time, VERY professional, and moved our mattress set in without issue and even moved old mattress set to exact location in other room when asked.

First called to see if they have any freezers in stock. Dianna said to come in and look to see what freezers they have. We first one we picked out they said we can take it home today off the floor and we did. Thank you for letting us take the floor model home so we can take out our stuff from the freezer that stopped working overnight.

Michelle was awesome to work with - not at all pushy which I very much appreciated and there were many options to consider and she was knowledgeable about all. The variety is great and prices are in range - I think their quality beats Rooms to Go anytime.

Logan is AMAZING! He is super polite & helpful. We have a Badcock location closer to us but they were rude so we started to go to the Badcock in Inverness and fell in love with the store and the staff. EVeryone here is very polite and not pushy at all!!! Highly recommend :)

Helpful and friendly staff. Easy credit app and approval process. We were in and out in 30 mins. Definitely will use Badcock for any future furniture needs.
