Spa At Plantation

My 80 min deep tissue massage with Cheryl Ann was AMAZING!! She knows what she is doing for sure and can pick out the areas in the body that need the most attention. Her pressure was perfectly matched for the different levels of tightness in my muscles. She also did my lovely 25 min facial in the same room which was so wonderful having one service go right into the next without having to move. She was helpful with educating me on issues in my body that were being affected by tight areas. The room was cozy, music perfect and the table was so comfortable. Really enjoyed this experience completely and it got my vacation off to a great start!

I've been to Spa Bleu previously, but, this past experience exceeded my expectations so much that I felt compelled to share. My girlfriend and I decided we deserved a low key pampering day and booked in advance. First, love that they're open Saturday's! As soon as we walked in, every member made us feel very comfortable- inviting and hospitable. We enjoyed our take out from West 82, while they helped pop a bottle of champagne for us to sip on as we received pedicures. Megan was especially considerate, she helped me choose my paint color which takes me forever so thank you. Love my tootsies!
Part two was our massage therapy- what separates the good spas from the great ones are the details. Kelly gave me a wonderful massage, that included so many little sweet details. I fell asleep and woke up a changed woman! Being a new mom of two, I really needed this. Overall we had a really nice day so thank you to all! Can't wait to see you again.

Meagan and Lisa are incredible! My new tradition is spa day with massage, facial and rosemary and mint wrap on New Years Eve Day. Start the New Year feeling Beautiful and Spa Bleu is my favorite place to do this!!!

I didn't actually use the services because the resort portion was full of mildew/mold. But due to the issue at the resort making us unable to stay there the spa waived the cancellation fee. They were very polite, professional and apologetic for the ordeal we had with the resort.

I love the spa at plantation! I live here locally and enjoy getting a massage or body wrap from time to time. I have never had a bad experience and the staff is very professional. I plan on trying everything they have to offer here and I have no doubt that I will not be disappointed.

Me and my husband had a couples massage here Crystal and Natalie did a amazing job it was top to bottom front to back hands feet knees I left feeling better than I have in forever and slept so good that night like I've never slept in so long and this saying a lot considering I have achilles tendonitis 2 bad knees they did an amazing job I couldn't be happier we will definitely return thank you so much!!!

We went for a couples massage and it was very average, probably even below average for what I expect from a spa. My husband said his girl pressed way too hard and didn't ask engage with him to ask about pressure. I asked my lady to focus on my glutes and a little bit of upper trap, but she spent 85% of the massage on my upper trap and shoulder blades and never once touched my glutes, quads or proximal hamstrings. She did a good job on my upper body, but it felt like she basically ignored my hips/legs where I carry most of my tension. Neither of us felt relaxed after leaving and didn't feel like we would come here again.

This may be solely an isolated experience but my husband and I got the worst massages ever at this location. I was so excited to take my husband for his first spa experience and we booked a couples massage for my birthday. The spa itself is very clean and beautiful. The email instructions stated if it was anyone's first time to please arrive early, so we arrived 20 minutes early. There was only one brief form to fill out which didn't ask very many questions about any sort of personalizations or the type of massage we would like, but it didn't matter because the therapists never even glanced at them. We sat in the waiting room for a very long time with no one letting us know that our massage would actually start 20 minutes later than our appointment since they were running behind. When our masseuse team finally retrieved us, they were very rushed and brought us into the room, both talking at the same time so my husband and I weren't sure who to listen to. As a new customer, he didn't get any instruction and was left a little confused how to communicate through the experience. We didn't get asked any questions about our preferences or instructions
for what to expect. The tables already had the triangle pillows under the sheets, so we had a really hard time getting prepped. Normally, the table is flat, I lay how the therapist requests, and then they later add any pillows so it was just an example of details that were overlooked. They had my husband start face down, and his feet were shooting into the air from the misplaced pillow, they didn't notice until I asked them to adjust it for him. I adjusted my own. We proceeded to get the worst massages we've ever had. I couldn't tell if it was Swedish, mixed with deep tissue and whatever else was spontaneously thought of. It was painful. They never reviewed our forms where we stated we wanted relaxation as the whole thing was very painful. I could feel my therapists fingernails scratching me throughout most of the experience. The massage suddenly and abruptly ended (no 5 minute warning). We are shy and don't treat ourselves often so we didn't say anything and just paid and went about our own business. Perhaps this was just a bad day but we won't go back.

I just received an 80 minute massage here. I’m not sure who the therapist was. She didn’t bother to introduce herself. The actual massage lasted maybe an hour. I mentioned I get too hot so she covered me with a heavy blanket and added every hot towel she could pull out of the steamer. I did get the impression she was trying to do a good job. But the actual massage consisted of rubbing on oil and then moving on. Except a few of her favorite areas she rubbed to death. Back. Left arm. Neck. Really dug in the neck. No area was properly massaged. No asking if pressure was okay. No what areas are sore. No taking my comfort into account. Actually no words at all. She seemed angry about something from before I arrived. And there is a mandatory 18 % min tip. The spa desk seemed more concerned I wouldn’t go the suggested 20% than that I had a bad experience. I’m glad others seem to like it. I would never repeat this.

When arriving, I had to ask to fill out paperwork. The esthetician did not ask any questions about my skin or if I had any allergies. Which is a huge No No! The wrap didn’t get done as advertised nor did the facial. When I called the owner to express my concerns on not being asked about my skin type, she got mad and hung up on me. I tried to fix the complaint before posting negative.
