I have a great experience there look at accessories. The staff were really welcoming and sweet. This is quite underrated

I am not sure my husband would agree with this but when the team in the store not only knew my first name and addressed me by it when I went in today ... but knew my last name as well... (without looking it up) it was a very nice thing and I appreciated Melissa recognizing me and taking such good care of me. I absolutely love Brighton everything... shoes (my current favs are the Marvel boots and my Theda heels) the Contempo Desert Sky is one of my fav. Jewelry sets but I went in today for some new Meridian pieces to go with my watch band I received as a gift..

Bought daughter new pair of earrings. Love the quality and prices. One of my first choices when looking for affordable jewelry for my daughters as I want something that is stylish, good quality and affordable. I am sure of price is an issue a cheaper place can be found but the quality of the items on always my concern, as I make my purchases with the intent of my daughter keeping them for a long time and that they will last not turn her ear green or become tarnished. Always very pleased. I do not recommend their pill cases though. They are heavy and have beautiful designs but they open too easily and pills tend to fall out. Every thing else has been great. Have key chain, several earrings as well as a ID holder with clip which I always receive compliments on.

Aimee and Lori were awesome! Helped us pick out the right jewelry as gifts and stayed late with no rushing to allow us time to select the perfect gift. Very friendly and honest. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We did not actually physically deal with this store but we did via phone. As we live in Canada.

After trying endlessly to contact our local dealer we called head office who put us in touch with this location.

Melissa answered the phone and helped us . We paid twice as much to get our item due to shipping ( again we are on the west costish of Canada ). Melissa paid attention to every detail and even managed to gift wrap them item for us and stay with the lowest shipping cost . The item was ordered by 230 pm Tuesday and was on my step by 145 pm Wednesday. (1.5 hours earlier then ups thought ) … we still haven’t reached the local dealer . But can not wait until valentines for the gift to be opened .

Shopped Brighton today -Melissa was awesome she was welcoming and accommodating while in the store. Great smile i’m very friendly she was awesome while helping us.
There was another lady in the store with her heavier set with blonde hair that was not welcoming seemed a little bit pushy and almost forceful with asking you to use sanitizer when entering the store
I did not like this at all if it wasn’t for Melissa I probably would not return
We love Brighton products so I would think about promoting Melissa-much more customer centric!

This store is one of the most extraordinary stores for handbags trinkets wallets and all the other small things that sparkle in life I highly recommend you talk to Jill and Aimee. when I arrived I was greeted professionally by them and they really responded to the needs I needed to buy a special gifts for my mom. The items they have inside or very affordable plus they have a one year warranty on all their items any special guarantee if your items ever get damaged please stop by and you will be amazed a special kudos to Jill and Amy
Went to Millenia Mall and visited Brighton's Terry and Anita are one of the most friendly salespersons here this month in October they are advocating proceeds of some of their collections for breast cancer research I have discovered that this company has been donating to various charities and is a powerful business in the industry please come and support this local business as well as find out some of their special deals what's really nice is when you find out how they maintain their merchandise and how great their warranties are also they provide homemade cookies and water bottles

Fantastic service on the busiest shopping day of the year! Maya was wonderful, as was the woman who provided cookies while we waited for our order.
