Lush Cosmetics Mall at Millenia

I stopped in for some bath bombs for my vacation. The associate was absolutely lovely. She told me all about the Halloween collection which is what I wanted to check out! She also told me about the Friday the 13th deal with donations to bats, which I'll definitely have to stop into my local shop to support. She was so sweet and in the end gave me a lip scrub sample too!! Awesome shop and great associates!

It was my first time in a physical Lush store, being that I always order stuff online as a gift for my significant other. I was very impressed by the staffs customer service, attitudes, and product knowledge. Everyone was so helpful and cheerful. I think I'll be ordering in-store for now on.

It was my first time checking this place out today with my boyfriend at the Millenia Mall. It is awesome. A bunch of handmade bath bombs, soaps, perfumes, face masks, so on so forth.

I couldn't help but take pictures because their stuff is beautiful. Colorful, creative, definitely eye-catching. The prices are not bad for it being at the millennium Mall.

I would definitely recommend to anybody who's into this type of stuff or even who isn't. Great gift ideas, and you can learn a lot by just going in there.

I have always loved this LUSH but recently I was helped by Nicole who was AMAZING and gave me the best experience I’ve ever had there. She was so kind and personable and gave me great recommendations. In todays world, people as bright as her are RARE. I can’t wait to come back.

I often shop here with my 13 year old daughter and each time it is a fun experience for us as she gets to smell and touch and feel all of the products before deciding on which one to purchase.

It does get a but pricey (this IS Mall at Millennia, after all) but the products seem to be of high quality and they perform well.

If you're looking for a fun place to buy funky and functional bath products, definitely stop in and give them a shot!

The sales people spent time with my kids showing them the different kinds of bath bonbs and soaps. They even had a sample bowl where they let them try a few . I thought this was so kind and so smart

I had a wonderful experience at this store. I bought a lovely angel on bare skin face scrub for 17$ and an AMAZING smelling lemon soap for 9$. I am so pleased with my purchase. A lovely human names Raegan helped me. Entering the store they greeted me with such a kindness. They helped me figure out what would be best for my skin and helped me find the best sales. They preformed the best hand scrub demonstration to help me find the best product for my skin. I am so happy I went into that store. Thank you Raegan! You deserve a raise , I hope you see this. I love Lush!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this store/brand, particularly this location and their customer service! They are beyond helpful and I've never been disappointed by their products. They recently discontinued a few products that I had been using for years and I was definitely bummed (Ok more than bummed, 93,000 miles shower jelly and the Cynthia stout shampoo were wonderful products! Through the assistance of their staff, I've quickly found new loves. The rehab shampoo is amazing! I love how my hair feels and the volume it gives it. The price may seem expensive, however, it really does last a while and it makes a huge difference!!!

Love everything in this store!! Lavender bedtime bath bomb is one of my favorites! The new spray, twilight smells soooo good! Bath oil bomb are a nice touch too!!

I had a beautiful experience!☺ The store took every precaution to keep customers safe by keeping the number of people in the store to a minimum and also having customers wash their hands before moving about the store. Thank you for that.🤗 I was looking for a new hands and body lotion and the store associate Alyssa (I am probably spelling her name wrong super sorry) She took the time to help me by providing samples to try out and even recommended certain lotions and shower gels for me and my kids eczema. While I was checking out she provided me with some samples for my kids to use in the shower for their eczema 😭 Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! I will definitely be back soon😁

Just went into this Lush store to see if there was anything that they had in the US that we didn't in the UK, as I love the lush products in the UK and found one of my favourite scents as a body cleanser and got some moisturiser for my wife and was helped by Anthony, who was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to. And definitely had customer experience/care in his focus. 10/10

I saw some videos about the shampoo bars and was interested in getting one. Dana was a sales associate who came up and asked if we needed help, she gave me not one but two free arm massages! She was very informative about the products she showed me and I would up leaving with a shampoo bar! It won't be my last visit to this lush store. Great music, and atmosphere as well.

Fantastic store! The ladies working here are so incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the products. Mallory helped me put together a dreamy combination of bath oil and bubble bars. I adore Lush products and am always impressed with the quality. This store is no exception. Thank you!
