GREAT service. Thorough and courteous staff.

Not a great first experience with my internet order at Winter Haven Honda Parts. I placed my order on Sunday 5/26. When I hadn't received any status update, I called on Thursday 5/30. I was told that my order had never "been processed", but that he would do so immediately and the parts would arrive Saturday to them and ship to me on Monday. I asked them to expedite the shipping in order to make things right. Still no update Monday so I called again and was the remaining parts were coming in Tuesday and my order would ship Tuesday. It did, but was not expedited. So, sadly it will have taken almost 2 weeks to get these parts in my hands. Shame they could have made it right by shipping overnight but chose not to.
