Mojo Books & Records

Was in the area with some friends from Indiana. Found this place on Google. It gives me the vibe of Half Priced Bookstore. I love how they had a Pride and Juneteenth section set up. Had a coffee joint in it and it was good. The vibe of the store is set.

This is the 1st time my son & I have gone here… We were very impressed… They had a really good Metal LP section for him & good Punk LP section for me… Plus their other LP sections were well stocked with very diverse bands & not just terrible stuff the masses would love… I mean, who really needs 8 versions of the same Taylor Swift album anyways?!? Not only are their records on point, but their books section was really tight… We will def be coming back again & again… It’s worth the trip from Pinellas…

This is the BEST kinda place --books, incredible music selection and...coffee all together!!

I don't live in Tampa-- I just stumbled on this store while waiting for my daughter to finish her volunteer project.

There were soooo many fantastic albums!! What a delightful selection of books. Used book stores (GOOD used book stores) are hard to find.
This is a great one!

This is a place unlike any other. Full of love, passion and dedication to coffee, vinyl and literature. Management and staff are all wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and so personable. I can't say enough go things about them as there are so many. Come here and experience the magic that is Mojo. You'd never regret it. Time here passes differently. A true gem of Tampa for all to experience. No doubt, I will keep coming back a million times. This place is home.

One of my favorite spots in town!! Lots of good books and records, both new and used, as well as a ton of cute accessories, etc. and some REALLY good café drinks. I can never resist stopping in just to wander around and grab a coffee whenever I'm in the area

Best record store, always stop by when I’m in town. Love the coffee and good assortment of vinyls and used books! Price points are always great too. Got a French ziggy stardust vinyl for $25 here, can’t beat that imo.

Great book and record store. Very friendly staff. Large selection of both books and records. Great place to get lost in all the books. We will be back.

Nice variety of books and music. Seems a little unorganized at first untill you figure it out. Wasn't expecting to find manga and cassettes so that was cool

Coffee was amazing. 12/10 will be stopping for coffee again if I'm in the area.

Probably the best record store in Tampa outside of Daddy Kool in Saint Pete. Great selection of vinyl! Also good coffee too!!

This was my first time at Mojo and I will absolutely be back. I have been looking for a place to go read and have tea/coffee and I think this place is going to end up being my favorite place. The book selection is great. I was able to find an Amy Tan book that I would have had to order at B n’ N to be able to get it. The iced apple caramel latte and blueberry muffin were absolutely perfect.

Showed up today to get some coffee and browse books/records. Books and records are always 10/10 here. But the coffee... today the coffee was immaculate. Sensational. Sublime. Bless the hands of the man who made it today.

I've gotten 4 records from this place, all in good shape and their prices are better than most online prices. The handmade stuff is super cute too!!

This shop is FANTASTIC! They have delicious coffee and loads of inexpensive books. There's really something for everyone. They even have a large section of manga and graphic novels.

Love this place! Now my favorite used book store in mid-south Florida. They sell books, records, and more. There is a coffee shop inside, seating both out and in. Discount books on a cart outside. Plenty of parking. Great selections in a maze of cozy stacks that are well organized and managed. The staff is wonderful. Great tunes playing while you shop creating a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Used books are mixed with new. Some prices are good, others seem a little high..feels like a college town place that caters to the entire community..nice vibe. I will return very soon.

Awesome selection of books, records, CDs! Inside there is a coffee shop and the employees are very helpful. Was able to pick up some vinyls from artists that I enjoy with not too big a following; the inventory of manga was very extensive.

Great little coffee and book shop: right next to USF and University Mall. Specific shout out to Jack whi makes amazong french press coffee. It takes a couple minutes but the best cup of coffee you will find around here. Support local by shopping here. Stop overpaying for your books on Amazon and check out this small book store with a very wide selection of reasonably priced books.

Wide selection of new and used books, vinyl, CDs, and DVDs. They also have had live music and a coffee bar with vegan baked goods. If you like any of these things definitely stop in and check them out, the staff are super friendly.

LOVE IT!!! Found so many second hand books at a great price and quality. I wish there was one in Land O Lakes.
