My Wife and I just started going to Dr. Crew as our family physician. Very satisfied with our visits. The Dr. is very caring and spends a lot of time getting to know the patient and care needs. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend her as your family doctor.

Dr. Crew and her staff were very professional and Covid safety was a high priority. The initial health exam was very through and informative. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

Made new pt appt 9 months ago. Sent in paperwork. Received emails and texts confirming appt more than once yet no one ever answers the phone there. You have to leave a VM 100% of the time. Got texts the day of appt confirming. I go. No one is there! Office locked up and looks like no one occupies it. Even other tenants there said Dr sold her space. Looked online and she indeed did deed property to someone else 8 weeks prior. I leave VM very upset. Some lady calls me back saying they were “closed on Wednesdays”. What? Then why do I have this appt for 9 months? Needless to say, I never got to see the Dr. This Dr is not running this office right. Now I have no primary.
