Bulls Country Pharmacy

I loved getting my medications from this pharmacy for 3 years as a student. It was so convenient to go to right after class. Everyone in there was also super helpful in giving me information such as if there would be interactions on medications.

I've never had anything but a good experience while using BCP at USF. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Even about things not at the pharmacy! They're always willing to give directions or references to the restaurants in the Marshall Center, or even where to catch the best Pokémon! Caitlyn is especially good at that. Robert and Xilma run a tight crew, making sure orders are filled on time, that the shelves are stocked and clean. Jenna is knowledgeable and quick with an answer about interactions and doses. They have students in there on a rotating basis and even if they don't have an answer, there is someone there to help teach them. I'm thankful USF has this pharmacy on campus. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went to BCP to get a prescription that should've taken 15 minutes max to fill. They took the whole hour and didn't really fill the prescription until I was actively waiting in the pharmacy. Robert is very obnoxious and all I saw him do was yell at the other employees. He isn't very professional and seems down-right mean. Not good service overall

Closed on weekends, and are generally pretty slow. Nice people, but I wish they were open on the weekends

I find it very inappropriate that they ask us to disclose medical conditions. No pharmacy I've been to (cvs, Walgreens, etc) has ever asked me to disclose this. I find that to be intrusive and potentially subjecting people to discrimination

I rely on a weekly medicine and it's a prescription that needs to be injected. Often times when it's ordered my provider does not request a prescription as the price is almost exactly the same regardless.

I have been on this medicine and buying it without syringe prescriptions for years and I've been allowed to buy it with the medicine as literally how the heck else am I supposed to take it? 🤦‍♂I recently switched to this pharmacy since it's on campus but it's not worth it as it's kinda far (I don't own a car and I'm not always in class) and they take a while to receive prescriptions. But I rely on this medicine.

If I could give zero stars I would. They never fill your prescription on time and forget if they did or not. I recently had a prescription sent there for something I need to take in order to eat and they said they would take about 30-1hr to fill and I would get a text notification when it’s ready. Over an hour goes by and I ask where it is and the girl looked clueless and then told me she couldn’t fill it because they didn’t have my medication and would need to wait three or four days to get it. They decided to not inform me of this for over an hour. If you have ANY other option go there. The only reason this place makes so much money is because of convenience not quality.
