Lori Pons - State Farm Insurance Agent

Even though I've never stepped foot in her office, Lori and her team always makes me feel like an important customer. All communication is done via phone call or email and I rarely get my inquiry attended next business day.

I've been with this State Farm Office before Lori took it over. I've been with them numerous decades. I've known Sandy since I started with SF. She has always gone over and above to answer my questions. They are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable, helpful staff. I have always used State Farm, from vehicles to now, home insurance. I have had one claim on a camper which was hit by a tornado and State Farm took care of the claim. I did not have to fight to get the claim taken care of and it did not hurt any of my other plans. I truly appreciate this office in specific. When I call or my husband, they treat us very well. Will continue to use.
