Went to do my every-couple-months or so check in and was really happy with the help I received! Grey was very sweet and helped me to understand my options better. Will be coming back sometime soon to purchase some more goodies! :)

Awesome customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful staff that was willing to help me make a informed decision. I spoke with Grey who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and helped me to feel comfortable in making my purchases. The lighting was incredible making the environment feel both welcoming and unassuming.

Always a great experience when I go into this store. It's clean bright and the merch is in pristine conditions. The associates are also extremely helpful. Interacting with customers continuously and ready to answer any questions a guest might have. Tabz and Hope were amazing very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this store if you want to update your toybox.

This was our first time in the store and Tabz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when assisting us even though we both weren’t too sure about having someone help us at first. We will definitely be back.

I am a frequent customer and every time i go in i am greeted with a smile and take care of right away. Lauren is always so helpful and pleasant. Best Adam and Eve I've been in and that is because of her.

I absolutely love the employees there! Tabz (Tabitha) is one of my favorite people she’s very knowledgeable about products and doesn’t make you feel weird about asking serious questions. Absolutely would recommend it’s such a good environment!

Lauren in Joplin was helpful the moment I walked in the door. She was able to answer all my questions and show me different products I hadn’t considered.

Hope and the other girls were great and super helpful. I had ideas of what I wanted and the did their best to try and accommodate that. Id definitely recommend them for any of your needs and I'll be going back in the future.

They were very welcoming and informative. They even offered to size harness to a toy of our choice. There were lots of choices and variety of products.

My visit tonight was very enjoyable as always! From the moment I walked in the door the sales person (Grey) greeted me and started helping me with my chooses. Grey answered every question without any hesitation and helped me find a replacement for my favorite oral lube that was out of stock.
Grey was awesome, as is all the girls at the Joplin store.

It's always fun checking out new items when I visit the store. My favorite part is the customer service and how comfortable I feel when asking questions! Kaylynn has to be my go-to specialist when it comes to literally anything I need in there!
