Best Practice I have used since moving here in 1986. Extremely accommodating and handle most aspects of my care but are not reluctant to refer to specialist if necessary. Couldn't be happier with Dr Patel and his staff !!

Dr. Patel and staff always make feel like my health is as important to them as it is to me. I've been going here for years and can not think of one instance where I was treated with less than their utmost respect and kindess. I will continue being a patient here as long as their doors are open.

Love dr Petal and the staff. Been going to his office over 20 years. Both Candy and Brian are awesome too. I have anxiety going to the dr and they help relax me when they come in the room. Highly recommend them.

Called repeatedly to bring my mother in for medicare review. Repeatedly told them she was too sick to just come in for questions. Had to have a Dr come to house to put her on hospice. Called me 3 days after death wanting me to bring her in for review again. I’m NOT sure how I could have made it any clearer to them I could not just pack my mom up on whim. How very insensitive of his office staff who called me repeatedly not understanding the severity of her illness while they had records right in front of them.

Absolutely the rudest doctor I've ever met! Made the poor crippled woman who came out before me cry!!! Told him the medicine he gave me was making me vomit and he told me to just stop taking it and that he couldn't help me?? I need to medicine for my thyroid that's not something I can just stop taking! Was hoping for an anti nausea medicine but looks like I'll have to find another doctor for that. You could tell he was in a bad mood from the start sorry but you're a grown man know how to separate personal life from business

Please read before you go to this clinic. I have known Dr Patel for 20 yrs. I recently relocated back to the area and re-established care. I was put on cholesterol meds and was told to follow up in 3 months after labs. Called the office to reschedule appointment to the end of the month and requested a lab order. I was told that I would need an office visit to get a lab order. The employee even checked with the provider and called me back confirming this information. I am very frustrated and disappointed that I have to spend the extra money (my ins policy is a high deductible) to come in just for a lab order. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 yrs and it disappoints me to think this is another way to profit. If you decide to use this clinic, make sure you leave with everything you need for your next appointment. Very very disappointed!
