Dont knock a good doc and his son you should appreciate what they do and how much learning it took to take care of you

the doctor is great but his office staff is horrible they are so rude and sounds like it bothers them to answer the phone. They should remember they are here for the patients

Doctor was ok, but I had to make him look at my bloodwork twice before he even noticed anything. I had to leave with a copy and read myself. I had them send off two or three referrals in my time of being seen by this facility, and none were received by the other offices. It took about 3 calls and me personally giving them the fax number for the other doctor to receive my referral!! I was pregnant and the doctor knew it was urgent! I am not at all pleased.....

Dr Ashraf Khan was the attending at Pruitt rehab where my 72-year-old mother was transferred today following back surgery. The facility chose to fill her pain medication prescription from their pharmacy in Valdosta, Georgia which took over 10 hours to arrive. Despite this huge error, Dr Kahn let her cry in pain for hours waiting for her pain medication while he refused to help her. Or the man across the hall who was transferred from the hospital with her and also suffered for 10 hours with no medication. Dr. Khan simply did not care. What a terrible, unfeeling doctor and disappointing human being!

I was referred here after being in the emergency room to follow up because I have been having trouble with my breathing. I have to say the receptionist was the most rude, lazy and unorganized individual that doesn't know how to do her job or how to treat people.Two days prior to coming in I called to make sure that they were accepting new patients and accepted my insurance and had all my papers filled out to turn in. The receptionist called my name and I walked up there after being called and she was pre-occupied with something un-related to me I asked her if she called me and she told yes but she was busy and I would have to wait.It is really hard for me to walk with my condition(THATS WHY I WAS THERE!!) I was holding myself up with the counter and after 15 minutes she then tells me that they wont accept me and I cant be seen.I would have paid what was not covered she said we will not see you. People like this have given his office a bad reputation and should not be allowed to work with people let alone sick people that need help. I wouldn't rate this place 1 star I would say a negative star but that was not an option.

Itd be nice if yall would remember to do the simplest things for your patients. But what can you expect from a clinic in springfield 😤

…It shouldn't be this difficult to find the help you need, even for the most common afflictions. It's asthma, not elephantiasis! I'm done with them and must implore others to do the same! I only wish I could award NO stars for this review.

What quack doctor works 4 hours a day?! Hello?

Only open 3 hours a day now Monday- Friday. They barely understand English. I'm changing my primary care.
