Carmen the billing supervisor really helped me out . My water bill is usually 140 maybe 160 max . However I had an issue somehow and it was 269 this month . I contacted my maintenance and land lord and they wouldn’t do anything about it . Told me that I’m responsible to pay . & I just didn’t have the extra cash to do so . Carmen let me pay my normal bill of 15” and also let me pay the remaining balance thru my future water bills which I know is not a common thing for the city to do . What a relief bed it’s the 23rd and I was scared I wouldn’t have my water on tomorrow . She was super sweet super nice and didn’t hesitate to help me . I appreciate that more then you no , thank you again Carmen

Everyone I speak with in the office is very nice. Even when my water was turned off they sent someone out right away when I paid. Was back on in 30 min. And just now I lost my bill and called for a balance and she reminded me that I only have 2 days left to pay before disconect. Thanks for great customer service. Only reason for 4stars is the high price

It sucks. Our bill is never over $200 and all of a sudden its over $500 and nobody knows why? Then the next month its back down again! I only gave 2 stars because at least the bill comes out on time.

This is the most backwards, Schitt’s Creek type township office. They gave me a water bill last month for 12x the amount of water I actually used because of the cheap faulty irrigation water meter they have on my house despite me showing them mathematically how impossible it is that I used as much water I was billed for. They are trying to get this fixed, but I am a month into this just about.

This place is a joke. The ratings do not lie and the reviews are not wrong. I had to pay over $260, in person, just as a deposit so I could get water turned on at my residence. Didn't even bother with a credit check. If you're late on a payment they will send someone to your house to shut off the water, without notice, and it's an $80 late fee every time. It's been all about money for them, which I shouldn't have expected anything less from a city office. Definitely not happy and would not hesitate to relocate if it meant getting my water from anywhere other than Springfield.

Terrible! Recent changes to the billing system has caused major issues. Previously you could pay online but you would still get shut off notices because "they take longer to process those payments because they don't come directly to them", isn't that the point of having an online bill pay? It's not hard to get their system to interface with whatever billing program they use. First paper statement under their new system, my bill is double what it normally is and when I went up there they said they would do a reread of my meter after they reviewed my bill. I did the math myself and the idiots missed where they doubled the water and sewage portion of my bill and now that I am trying to call them to let them know I figured out what the issue is they're still not answering the phones. I've been trying to reach them by phone since Monday and eventually had to just go up there with my bill and now that I need to talk to them again I am going to have to go back up there.

Staff there are not friendly from my experience. I came from out of town the day after my bill was due, water was disconnected, I went to the office three minutes after disconnection and was informed that customers have to wait the next day to be re connected!!!!! Granted the bill should have been paid on time but we observed several trucks pass the house. If this is a punishment for consumers this is sick!!!!!!! I wish there was a way we could cut these water companies out and create our own supply ugh hate i even moved to springfield.

My home was destroyed by the hurricane, we finally found a place to rent. We went and had the water put in our name. They never told.us when Bill's were due. Being concerned that we never received our first bill, I went to the office and they told me I was over due! And that they had the bill returned to them with many others, the lady on the desk showed me a huge pile.of undeliverable bills belonging to other customers, I was charged a late fee and was told to take it up with the post office. The staff which consisted of 2 people were extremely rude. I asked if I could speak to a manager and they told me there was none. My bill the following month was almost $200 this is obscure. I've never had a bill over $80 with Callaway water. I'm a family of 2 so there has to be an error on there end. There seems to be showing a reading for 2 meters? This is ridiculous! JT

These people are still stuck in the stone age. Every utility company in this country has options to pay online/auto pay. I dread when I have to call in or deal with these people in person. They are uneducated and ignorant, and they sound as stupid as they look. Buncha Biatches!!

What they charge for water/sewerage here is outrageous, even just for a family of two. I have never had to pay for more than $40/mo prior to moving to this damn town. Yet, they charged me between 115-160. Really?!! Its ridiculous to have to pay this much just for water, and then, having to deal with their stupidity of their customer service as well.

Lucky for me, we have only one day left in this hell hole. It has been 10 freakin LOOOOONG months. It has felt like 10 damn years of a prison sentence. Adios PC. Good rinse! This is the WORSE place we have ever have had to live in!

Not very attentive . Most if not all staff will brush your request , concerns , and complaints off . Most staff do not live in the area therefore any feedback doesn’t apply to them .
Lynn Haven is beautiful yet Springfield and Callaway are looking run down . Why is that ?
Every morning I see Lynn Haven public work workers cleaning , cutting and mowing their grass yet where is that effort in our area ?

I have asked for our grass to be cut several times and every instant it’s met with an attitude . Super unprofessional . Please do better City if Springfield . We deserve a say so in our City .

I went online today to pay my utility bill (as I always do before the 10th of the month) and their website was down. I called to see if they had changed the website, she said no, they were just having internet problems. I asked her if I could pay our bill over the phone as I am not in town, she told me they "are not set up for that". I proceeded to ask her how I needed to pay the bill and she said I could pay it after the 10th I would just have to pay a late fee. I told her no! I am not going to pay a late fee because their internet is down and they're not set up to take payments over the phone! She said I should have paid it earlier. The nerve of that woman. I set up a reminder on my phone to remind me BEFORE the due date to pay this bill, I am still in that window, and she has the nerve to tell me I could have paid it earlier. HA! She said I can just keep trying the website and hope it's fixed before my bill is late. This is the most unprofessional water department I've ever had to deal with. They do not deserve my one star.

It's Disgusting. I open a contrat friday
8:00 am exactly, and they tell me that the service will be activated about 5:00 pm. I go work, come back home and no water. They charge me $265.00 rigth at the moment that I went there but now I have to wait all away to the monday to have my water service. It is the most unconfortable situation that stress me out as crazy. And there is nothing that we the costumers can do about it, it is adbusive!!!!
