Courtyard by Marriott Fayetteville

The service was excellent! Theresa was spectacular and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my guest. Jerri also was spectacular as far as her willingness to engage in conversation. The front desk young lady don't remember her name, but she made me feel very welcomed.

Probably the best staff members ever. In this case three of them at the same time. Shanice, Crystal and Samantha were an absolute delight. Thank you for making this an amazing experience Your sense of humor and kindness was second to none. Very much appreciated.

The check in process was seamless. All of the ladies at the front desk were friendly and super engaging. Shauniece, has quite the sense of humor and I was laughing the entire time that I was at the front desk. I definitely can appreciate a staff that is professional and funny. I would recollect this hotel to anyone in the area. It is located by plenty of restaurants as well. Parking was also a breeze. My room is spacious and clean. Hopefully, you will have the pleasure of meeting Shauniece, Samantha or Lonniece when you check in!

The staff here is fantastic. You can tell they have a great team who likes and respects each other. This means guests get great, happy attention.

The hotel was great. The staff was literally amazing! Shout out to Rayna, Octavia, and Shanice. We were visiting for a funeral, and those ladies made our stay so comfortable, and were super accommodating to our family, even though we kept up quite a bit of noise in the lobby. Accommodations were great, and hotel was very clean. I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff there. Literally everyone we interacted with was super nice and helpful. I’d definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed as well as my brothers and sisters in-law during the Thanksgiving Holiday while visiting family. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. The room were immaculate and everything had been cleaned. Covid-protection standards are used. I felt safe while in my room. The sheets, pillows, bedspreads were sparkling white. Unfortunately, I did not take any photos. They have breakfast, but you must pay for it. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee machine in each room. There is a semi-circle sofa with an ottoman which I thought the design of it was so beautiful. Bathroom and sink area had soap, shampoos, conditioners at each location. If you needed any extra towels or change out your towels, it was done swiftly. No delays. Will definitely stay again. Next time I will make sure to take some photos for you all.

Nadia, Samantha, and Jordan were the most professional, yet personable people I've ever experienced at a Marriott property. I felt like I was an ambassador while also feeling like I was at a family event.

We did not stay at the property, but hosted a baby shower in the small banquet room. Our contact person at the property was Shanice Oilouch. Shanice was great to work with. She spent a lot of time with us going over options for room arrangement and set up. She offered suggestions and gave us great feedback to our questions.
Shanice let us visit the room twice before we made final decisions about table placement. We made a sketch of how we wanted the room to look on the day of the event, and everything was set up exactly as we requested. It is the perfect setting for a small (up to 40 people) event. A huge thank you to Shanice for making this so easy for us!

Just checked in and settling in for the night - the room is super clean, the courtyard out back is beautiful as with any Courtyard property, and the lobby is modern and refreshing. The BEST thing though was my check in experience. I completely forgot her name, but the night auditor that checked me in was super friendly and inviting, answered all of my stupid questions, and was eager to help when I needed a drink from the market. After a 12 hour drive up I-95, this service is very welcome. Definitely my go to place now each time I pass through Fayetteville!

Very nice. Marriott's are usually very nice and this one is also. My room and bed were nice. The smoking area for my husband was right near our room as well as the pool. Very nice outdoor pool. Plenty of room for many guests to be there comfortably. Friendly staff.

An absolute life saver when the Hilton failed to get us our rooms. Abigail was a total god send, our trip wouldn't have worked out if not for her. Rooms are amazing, staff is super nice, and the quality of our stay was amazing. Ultimately, we ended up getting more for a better price. I absolutely could not recommend this hotel enough.

This place is definitely worth every penny. The rooms were decorated nicely and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The location is ideal and close to multiple restaurants. Don't hesitate to book here.

This was a nice, clear and friendly hotel, but they was doing construction during the daytime only. The rooms was a nice size, no microwave in the one bedroom guest room. The microwave is in the Lobby thou. This place had a small bar and eatting menu, the food looked and smelled good. The next time I will get a suite..

Some of the best staff I have ever seen in a hotel. Crowd so friendly that it makes me feel bad to ask them for assistance. Special shoutout to Abigail, who very much needs a raise for all of the work she put in. Location is wonderful for Fayetteville as well, putting you well within reach of everything. Will be back some time!

Such a lovely time at this place. The rates were reasonable, especially considering it was the weekend of the 4th of July. The hotel was nice and clean. Modern. The room was excellent. Clean and cozy with a splash of modernness. The shower was a delightful treat with the type of shower and great water pressure. Comfortable bed. Check out was a breeze. Overall, I'd say this is my new favorite hotel in the area. Thanks y'all. I'll certainly be staying with you everytime I'm in town.

Despite the construction happening the hotel has been great. Service folks are friendly and the location is in walking distance to several restaurants. They don't have free breakfast, but they make a mean breakfast burrito, will be ordering it again. Almost went 4/5 stars for the construction, but it's not actually that bad.

I checked in the night before(2 rooms on my business account and using my points) the ladies that night couldn't figure out how to do it and charged me 4 times... the next day, the lady seen what happened and jumped to take care of everything...I really appreciate the service and making me feel better about those overcharges

The nicest people work here!! We feel like we are meeting friends each time we stay here. The rooms are clean. Food is good. My only complaint is I wish the carpets were at little cleaner.
