TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fayetteville Cross Creek

Great location and super amazing staff make this a value too good to pass up. I stay here almost everytime I'm in town. If you arrive at night, Big Momma is there to check you in and just listening to her feels like a hug from mom. They have customer appreciation nights every month with food and drinks and the coffee has always been hot and fresh. Two thumbs up!

My family stayed here overnight as we were traveling back home and it was a great experience. We were in the 2 bedroom suite and it was enough space to accommodate our family of 6 people. It was even enough space to put a full sized air mattress in the living room area. The room were clean, well stocked and the workers and front desk were very helpful. The only negative is that the bedrooms were smaller and there was only one closet for the entire suite. Our kids said their bfast was ok(limited options)

Impressive. Miss D, Ce Ce, Katie and the entire staff were amazing. They made us feel like we were home. I can not recommend this location highly enough.
Our 2 bedroom suite was immaculate and the outside property was extremely well maintained. Kudos to all involved in making this hotel a place we will visit every trip we make.

I like how spacious the rooms are. Kitchenette is nice. Breakfast is good and WiFi seems to work. Lamp shades are a bit tattered and the desk is nice but wobbly.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Service was remarkable, rooms and the rest of the property were extremely clean and in excellent shape. Breakfast was decent, typical Marriott hotel breakfast, notable that it was served early both mornings and kept full with fresh offerings. Highly recommend if you are in the Fayetteville area.

This was a phenomenal stay! The place is not brand new but it is cleaner than some brand new hotels I frequent every month. The staff is amazing and seemed willing to do anything I needed while I was there. I spent a lot of time in the lobby doing interviews and everyone was extremely welcoming with everyone that came through the door. This was my third time at this hotel and every visit has been this great. This is the only place I will stay when coming to Fayetteville!

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the staff here. I hate being away from home but since day one everyone from the GM to housekeeping hospitality and after 4+ months understandably even maintenance I we were made to feel very at home. Safe secure and well maintained you definitely can't go wrong choosing this place for a short or long stay.

I stayed here for a business trip in February and the service was great. The hotel staff was friendly and the morning breakfast crew was the best. The lady helped out with providing breakfast coffee and the staff had a great smile. I would recommend this Marriott hotel to anyone traveling through Fayetteville/ Tort Bragg area.

All of the staff during my stay were welcoming and very accommodating. I was able to stay with my amazing dog. She is a 105lbs Rottweiler, which because of her size intimidates many people despite her calm and friendly demeanor. All of the staff was friendly and pet her. She loves the attention. Also, I left a pair of pants and Ms. Cross sent them to me right away. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member and this was an amazing stay. I recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

I stayed here for about 12 days. It's perfectly located. Short distance from the base, downtown, and the local mall. You can walk across the parking lot to The Cracker Barrel, Hook & Reel, or Logan's. If you need something from Wal-Mart or Sam's, you can walk across the parking lot to get to both places as well. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The linens and towels were soft and clean. My room had a small kitchenette that I used every day. The TV is a bit on the small side, but I don't really watch a lot of tv. The pool and gym are small but clean and get the job done. The breakfast was ok and usually consisted of eggs, sausage or bacon, and various muffins and bagels. On the weekend they had the waffle maker. Finally, everyone working here was WONDERFUL! I mentioned "clean" several times and it's absolutely a reflection of the employees. They were always helpful and friendly. I never once got the feeling that they were smiling or being happy because they are required to be. I honestly felt welcome every day.

Really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast in the morning is the usual items: cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, sausage, and eggs.....scrambled. rooms had more than enough cooking utensils and pots/pans. Staff was friendly and helpful. Doors are secured 24hrs day, and cameras are posted in the area. Security is important weh your traveling. Local to many restaurants and shopping areas ( walmart, Sam's Club, mall down the road). Highly recommended

Friendly staff. Nice room. Clean facilities. Great location right next to Walmart! Plenty of parking. The security guard made me feel a little uneasy, but I guess that’s part of his job.

Outstanding stay friendly and helpful front desk the lady that puts on breakfast does a amazing job and very helpful, clean all around lobby and common areas, my room was clean comfortable very spacious with good TV with a few good movie channels, nice refrigerator, stop top, microwave, dishwasher. Love the new door room locks just installed. I look forward to my next stay in Fayetteville I will stay here again 👍🇺🇸

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. We booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Check in was fast and easy. Grabbed a beer from the market and sat in the outside seating waiting for the other 2 in our party. Absolutely no complaints with either room.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The room was so nice - a kitchen, lots of closet space, clean bathroom, and very comfortable beds. The front desk staff was so kind and accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was great - fried eggs, sausage, English muffins, three different kinds of cereal, yogurt, and so many other options! The kitchen staff was so nice and friendly. Would definitely visit this hotel again!!

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, great first impression of hotel. If nothing else had gone right with hotel this lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was free food was beyond good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay. I stayed for 6 nights.

Took a small church youth group here on a trip. The rooms were very spacious and sparkling clean. The staff was helpful. The continental breakfast was great. We had been here before and returned due to the success of our previous trip and will return again if we need to stay in the area again. They have all the amenities and are in a great part of the town with shopping and restaurants in very close proximity. They also have ample parking space for large vans and busses.

I love TownePlace Suite in Fayetteville, and refuse to stay anywhere else while in town every month on business!

Everyone there always go out of their way to accommodate me (and my entire team), whether it's making sure the breakfasts are fully supplied to addressing any issues with my room, to ensuring the patio, pool, and fitness center are all immaculate.

I have spoken with Lily, the sales manager, on a couple different occasions regarding an issue I had with my room, and when I got back in the evening, it was always taken care of.

The entire staff is always incredibly nice, from housekeeping, to the women that serve breakfast, to the women that host the customer appreciation events. They have made a loyal customer out of me!

A great choice while visiting family! Beautiful building materials throughout! Wonderful designer toiletry products. Exceptionally quiet during our 2 night stay! Outstanding coffee too! We would absolutely choose to stay there again.

The entire staff at this hotel is among the most professional I have ever seen, which is saying a lot, as I have traveled extensively across the US. My room was very clean and comfortable. Although I have stayed at other Marriott hotels, this was my first stay at a Towneplace Suites, and I am very satisfied with my stay.
