I had a great experience with Bestway. I picked out a truck via the Internet. Bestway made the process so easy, that I never stepped foot on their lot. I live nearly 500 miles away, and am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I dealt with Tricia through the entire process. She took several pictures and even sent videos that substantiated the condition of my truck. This was in addition to answering all of my questions. I would estimate we discussed this deal over the phone for 2-3 hours total, back and forth over a 2-3 day span. Additionally, Tricia had a local lender that does out of state loans, and this process was just as smooth.

I bought a 2014 Toyota Tundra with 82,000 miles. The interior appears to have never been sat in. It is IMPECCABLE! Additionally, there are just a couple of small scratches on the exterior. Again, these were made known to me prior to my purchase, so it was my decision to make.

The truck runs great, and the condition is an 8 out of 10. For a 6 year old truck, I think and 8 is excellent.

I highly recommend Bestway Auto Brokers. I offered up front, to kick in $500 shipping. Tricia was able to get it done for $400.

Recently got a 2012 GMC Sierra from these guys. Before i settled on that truck, they allowed me to get multiple car faxes and and test drive many trucks without them being pushy which is awesome. I had to get a brake line replaced after i bought the truck and they reimbursed the cost of that. The truck has been running great for the past month ( I put over 2000 miles on it already) and i truly appreciate Bestway. I recommend stopping by here if you're looking for a used vehicle. Not only did Bestway accept my high-mileage trade in, but offered more than it's worth! They sold me the vehicle of my dreams in return and worked within my budget to get me into the vehicle that I wanted rather than concerning the whole deal on what I can afford. Great car buying experience! They even went out of there way to have the truck fixed when the check engine light came on when I got home. I bought my first truck ever from here 3 years ago this thing was immaculate and very solid for an 07 F150. I just totalled it a week ago and came back here to get a new truck. They were helpful in every way possible price wise, knowledgeable about the vehicles theyou are selling, and overall just very good people. If you are looking for reliable used truck in the panhandle area this is where to go. Have never had a problem with these guys and I have been dealing with them for over 3 years.

Where do I begin. The guys here are absolutely phenomenal! I knew nothing about them prior to arriving. But they have left an everlasting impression on me. Everyone I encountered while I was there was unbelievable friendly. Nick is who I dealt with about the car I was interested. He was extremely polite and i could tell that he was more worried about helping me get what i need instead of just trying to make a sale. Also Marcus who is apart of the finance part was also amazing. He fought hard to try and get me a deal that would fit my needs!! Like I said before everyone I encountered was great, but Marcus and Nick sealed the deal. I am and I will recommend to anybody looking for a car to check these guys out. The very best car buying experience I've ever had! (Just like the Publix slogan: "shopping was a pleasure.") Debbie worked diligently on a Sunday and after hours to do everything necessary to get me in my new car and off the lot. (less than 2 days from start to finish) They are a refreshing reminder of why you should shop with an independent dealer!! I know I always will from now on. I was treated like an old family friend from the first phone call and everyone waved goodbye, wishing me a safe drive home, as I drove away in my new vehicle. I would recommend to anyone looking for the best price and buying experience to stop here first, it's more than worth the drive!!! DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS, i just purchased a Ram 1500 from them and i fell in love, not only with the vehicle but the customer care and professionalism. This was my first vehicle purchase and they walked me through every step and explained everything in detail. They try, i mean they truly put forth effort into finding you the best possible deal they can and actually want to help you get set up for success more than they care about making a sale. Bestway is handled by genuine people that arent out to scam you. One thing I noticed is they're very up front about the pros and cons of their vehicles, you really are told what you're getting. They have a very broad inventory that's always being updated. They have ordinary cars and SUVs all the way to sports cars, jeeps, and lifted/heavy duty trucks. Basically you will find what you are looking for here and you will pay a fair price. Even while dealing with hurricane repairs to their building they spent most of the day with me to get me a very well kept Dodge Ram. Trace was very helpful and respectful and even helped me move all my things into my new truck while it was freezing outside. (Which was a lot because I had all my stuff from my house I didnt want to get looted while I was living in a hotel). I highly recommend getting pre-approved and just going out to their lot to pick something out. You will leave with your new vehicle the same day like I did.

As many know we just went through hurricane Michael on top of all the stress both vehicles were totaled been looking for almost a month and just couldn't find anything reasonable!
