Seamless Gutters and More

Mike was next door giving an estimate and took the time to do an estimate for us as well. His estimate was very competitive and he was professional and friendly. With scheduling, they got us in right away and the crew did a fantastic job! We highly recommend MMR!!

Mike, the owner, came out and gave us an estimate and explained that although we wanted to go from 3 downspouts to only 2 it was not advisable as we exceeded the gutter lengths for only 2.
Another company that we had out to give us an estimate said ' sure fine ' but when Mike explained the proper way calculated on the gutter lengths we were glad to take his advice.
Joe - an employee, came out the very next morning to install. I was a little worried as he had a small van and seamless..... where were my 40 foot gutters?
Boy was I in for a surprise! Inside his van was a machine that looked a bit like a coffin and on top was a huge roll of aluminum that was fed down and out pops my made to measure gutters right there!!
Joe was a lovely chap, very polite and got straight to work. He removed my sagging gutters and installed the lovely seamless ones in no time at all. Once he was finished he cleaned up - not his mess but my nasty gutters were full of gunk.
A fabulous job and extremely reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I did not have a good experience with this company. Had a scheduled day and time for a quote to be conducted. Received a call the day before to tell me they had a scheduling issue and will call back when they have another opening. Approximately 1 week later out of the blue, Mike calls to tell me he's in my front yard. I informed him that I was not home and his quote would have to be scheduled and not at some random time so I would be home. We called back his company about a month later to schedule a quote to which his receptionist said that he is denying our quote request.
This Information has zero reflection on their quality of work due to me having no personal experience of it. This is solely a scheduling/accountability issue.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I called to make an appointment and they never told me time so I called back again a few days later and I was told 9 AM so I took the day off since they said it would be half day project. It was a little after 9 so I called to confirm their arrival time and I was told that they switched the schedule around and they would not be at my house until after 1. It was 1:45 and no one was still here so I called the office and she said she didn't know where the installers were and would have to call them, she was not the least bit apologetic on the 2nd call and actually was arguing with me! She calls back and said they would be at my house in half hour, they didn't come until 3PM. And they were in a major rush and was done in 2 hours. I emailed the Owner Mike and explained how upset I was and to call me, it has been 4 days and he has not responded to my email and did not call me. I had about 7 other quotes and I went with them since the owner said he is big on integrity and his price was lower than all other quotes. It goes to show cheaper is not always better.
