This place has improved a lot of places very clean. Staff is more friendly. Relax everything goes. Smooth. Chicken is delicious freshly make me some Popeyes.

My favorite Popeyes.. the food is always superfresh. And the crew is always very friendly and inviting.. Merry Christmas and congratulations to an amazing crew that you have 👌🏻🫰🏻🫶🏻🎅🏻❤

So, it has been a few years since I have been back at this particular Popeyes, and I am impressed. Take away how to get into the location. Ordered new wings and they were great! The employees, even though they were very busy, tried to accommodate my specific requirements. I appreciate their kindness.

Great location. Person at the window had good energy. Portions were good. Food was great.

Big shout out to the ladies working at Popeyes in Wesley Chapel Fl today. Can’t remember the last time I went into a fast food chain and the employees were so friendly and helpful. Seriously it doesn’t take much effort to be nice and it was appreciated.

We rarely get to eat here, and couldn’t pass it up today! Torey took our order and was great! He made sure everything was perfect and came by our table to make sure once we started to eat! Two thumbs up to Torey and to Popeyes!

Great people who are friendly and always smiling. Food is always fresh and hot and service is fast and accurate. I go to this Popeyes alteast twice a week for lunch and always have a great experience. Might be out of product normally fries and sauces (sweetheart) but they always try to accommodate if this happens. Which most restaurants don't even try to do. Great job Popeyes I'll always be a loyal customer.

We went there on a Friday night and they were packed and it took awhile but kudos to the young man at the window. He held it down while. Good work ethics takes you along way in life. I wish I knew his name because while the rest of the crew was outside smoking this young man stayed there and took care of at least the 5 or 6 cars in line. Not to mention he was attentive in making sure we had sauces, straws, plastic ware, etc... You will OWN your own business one day and go far In life. Happy Popeyes customers. Our food was perfect, hot and nothing was left out. I gave you a tip if you happen to read this cause I didn't get your name. Great Job love this place.

Made my first Popeyes chicken sandwich a grand experience. Super nice manager. I will drive all the way from St. Pete to do it all over again! 👌

My high light was just watching this young lady giving everyone who came in great customer service!!!...Very rare you go into a Fast Food Industry & get that type of service. Managers need to step it up and acknowledge their workers & give them a promotion when they have good workers like that. She went beyond her way that day with taking my order and her friendly Smile was Everything!!

The Food was Delicious as usual. The store itself very Clean. The Manager Jessica totally Phenomenal, I've eaten there quite often she excels at her Job. I go to different places and I sit and observe. Jessica and Simone and the Entire Staff is Awesome. I most definitely have referred Family and Friends here. I have always had a positive experience here. Chicken is pretty much always fresh. I have even gone to this restaurant about an hour before closing and see fresh chicken getting cooked. I prefer this location over the one located off Waters close to Florida Ave. The staff here is very nice and offer great customer service! If you enjoy Popeye's chicken then stop by this one.

Today we’d ordered a 9 piece chicken dinner that came with mash potatoes. Upon driving back home my mother had realized that they’d forgotten to include the mash potatoes in our order. Upon calling we were ready to drive back to pick them up. The manager had instead decided to go out of her way to drive all the way to our house which is approximately 15 minutes away from this location to deliver them herself & upon arrival apologized for the mistake. We were more than happy to get them ourselves but the fact that a manager went out of her way to bring them herself just shows how great the customer service here at this location. 5 star rating from me. Much appreciation for how this situation was treated. Thanks again! Happy holidays!

Jay, is a great night manager... he runs a great crew, the place and tables are clean and excellent customer service. The chicken is always top-notch! The manager leadership is the key and it shows through the work by the crew... respectful and professional!
