Very helpful people at the Orange Blossom location. Michael and Cody really helped us out, disassembling a floor model and helping us pack it onto our truck. Really appreciate them, and now I have a place to sleep tonight!

I've been a customer of Badcock since 1999. Badcock and me making on time payments helped me establish credit. I love this store. I've bought almost all my furniture in my house from Badcock Home Furniture. Huge selection and a beautiful showroom. The moment you enter you feel at home. Sales staff is always friendly and helpful. Good quality furniture not overpriced. I would definitely recommend to all friends and family.

Today was the first time I ever went to a Badcock store and it was a great experience, Dennis was great, he answered all my questions, he knew exactly was he was doing, he made the buying process smooth. I purchased a bedroom set and my mom a dining room set. The rest of the staff was really nice to. Thank you Dennis, you were awesome!

Josue was extremely friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in! We had already picked out what we wanted online and he was very helpful in helping us getting a great deal and making sure we saved money on our purchase.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff and salesman made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions. The only negative I had was the amount of ID I needed to produce for a credit application. To the consumer be prepared to give your SS#, medical ID, drivers license, picture ID, and a host of other identification to obtain credit.

The store is really nice. Dennis was very upfront and clear about prices, charges and fees. He was amazing and I love that he allowed us to purchase what we needed and he didn't try to push for unwanted items. Great experience. Very likely to return to this store.

My experience at the store with Mary was excellent!!! She was extremely helpful and professional...my first delivery was a disaster but my second delivery was a complete success!!! I reviewed my second delivery and the replacement pieces were satisfactory...thank you for all your help and for giving me a small credit on my account for the inconvenience... I was able to buy another small item at your store with that credit.

very pleasant visit, was greeted by Ana Iglesias when I entered the store, and helped promptly. She gave me all the information I needed, the item was not available at that moment, but she was able to help me find it, and let me know when I could expect it. very nice customer service. there was also another associate there that also greeted me, but unfortunately I did not get her name. she also was very nice .
