This was a very easy and pleasurable purchase with this business. I searched for florists in Auburndale to send flowers to someone that lives there. I called and shared that I needed flowers delivered next day and we were looking to spend so much money. I said the person receiving the flowers loves pinks and purples and to make it nice and full. Gave them artistic freedom to make up a beautiful arrangement. I even asked if it was possible to get a photo of the final arrangement. They made this beautiful arrangement and are delivering it. This was a super easy transaction and excellent customer service. Thank you!!

It’s my 17 year olds girl friends birthday and I took him in here instead of where he asked to go to purchase her flowers ……Win Dixie or Publix. He requested these places due to him taking care of the bill and lack of knowledge. He has never been to a flower shop and I remembered they have been there since I was little as I’m almost passing it so I whipped right in; with him saying “it’s gonna be to much and you’re coming in right?” Lol. Went in and explained to the sweet and helpful women his situation and budget of only $20 she took him to the back rest assuredly she could help; open her freezer door to a array of colors and pedals gathered and explained she could make him a “little”personalized color picked bouquet to suit his needs of a one of a kind gift and her love of certain color flowers. The bouquet and service where far sir past what we both imagined and they will forever have a long term customer with my son and I.

I could not be more pleased with my purchase. The staff was exceptionally kind over the phone during the ordering process and helped me pick the perfect arrangement. The delivery was so quick! Thank you all for such beautiful work.

We were thrilled with the flowers for my daughter's wedding! My daughter showed a picture of what she wanted and they nailed it! Very reasonable prices and they offered great suggestions on seasonal/alternative flowers. Special thanks to Valerie for making the wedding extra beautiful!

Absolutely IMPRESSED!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my grandmother as I am out of state and they called me the day ahead of time to ask if it was okay to sub a color of flower as it wouldn't be as pictured on their website. I have never had this happen before. Usually they make a substitution without notifying and/or change the arrangement all together. I am very impressed with the customer service and the delivery all around and my grandma loved them. A++++ wouldn't go anywhere else.

Could not tell you the amount of times that I have bought flowers from here. It doesn't matter if I end up buying them and getting them delivered or going in and waiting for them, I have always been very happy with their flowers and the hospitality given when I order from here. Highly recommend.

Have to give credit where credit is due. Gave this Florist a call for delivery of roses and they had it there within 3 hours of me placing my order. I live out of town so always concerned/on the edge when ordering flowers from afar but these ladies did a FANTASTIC JOB!! The roses were gorgeous and the arrangement with the purple flower accents were given a BIG thumbs up. Thank you so much for making the surprise a success!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

The Flowers they delivered to my mother this mother's day were absolutely STUNNING!!! The vase that came with the flowers is just so BEAUTIFUL my mom cried happy tears!! Every time I have ordered flowers from The House of Flowers they have delivered the most exquisite flowers, beautiful vases and the very best customer service anyone could ever ask for.
