I had a fantastic experience today. I was helped by Caleb, and there was absolutely no pressure to try and purchase outside of my budget or rush my decision. He gave me suggestions with honest reasoning, and I’m so happy with what I decided on. I can’t wait for my mattress to come in! I appreciate Caleb’s help so much!

It was a very good experience right from the moment I walked in the door! The salesman was very polite and took his time with me. I don't like being rushed and he was willing to work with that. He made sure that I KNEW which bed I wanted by inviting me to make sure I tried out the beds. It was so comfortable I honestly could have taken a nap! Keep him around...he's very good at making people feel comfortable. Buying a bed is not an easy decision...he made me feel totally at ease in the decision I 7made.

Wonderful customer service. Caleb was very direct with my wife and I and made us feel like we were making a good life decision about our bed. My wife and I were very hesitant on getting a bed due to how the world is and we originally went in there looking for something simple. But, Caleb was able to talk to us one on one and give us a talk on the benefits of what the more high tech frames could offer. And, just to say, he changed our minds and it was for the better. It's hard to find someone who can be friendly and still look out for the well-being of the consumer. If I could give more stars, I would. I think Caleb needs a raise or something because he is absolutely tearing down the wall that other salespeople and businesses put up between the consumer and salesperson relationship to get the most out of what everyone needs.

Our attendant, Kaleb, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about all of the products, very informative, and an absolute delight to deal with. He even persuaded us to try out and an adjustable bed, which we are now making plans to purchase in the very near future. And all without being pushy! Kaleb was also great at multi tasking, keeping us in the loop, even while dealing with other customers. The products offered were quality, and Kaleb was great!. The Mattress Firm in Callaway FL, is now our new go to, bedding store!
