Uptown Tux

We rented a tux for my husband for a black tie wedding. We had a great experience with all the staff. They are all very friendly people. I had called them on a Saturday with some questions and they answered quick and were very helpful, they didn’t try to rush the call even though I’m sure their store front was busy, it being a Saturday during prom/ wedding season. The suit fit him perfectly! He’s a big guy ( 6’3 XXXL) and have had a hard time in the past finding a rental that would fit him good. Very happy that we found this place!

I am a dueling pianist, and I needed an all white tuxedo for a very demanding client. They wanted us to look like Elton John. George was able to get exactly what I needed, fitted properly, and very quickly. (one week) Uptown Tux is a really great experience from start to finish!! They will make you look like a rock star!!

Jorge was amazing. He went above and beyond for me and my husband’s wedding! Made sure we had all the groomsmen clothes when we were traveling to our destination wedding! They all looked handsome and amazing! My husband looked so perfect right next to me! Definitely recommend this place! Thank you so much!

I needed a brown suit for a wedding and Terri was amazing. She helped me out so much. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend this place if you need a good quality suit. I got many compliments at the wedding. Shannon was very helpful and a pleasure. I would come here even though it’s nowhere near my house …they’re that good.

Jorge and his team were phenomenal. I’ve been to 3 different tuxedo places and this place was the only one I was ready to commit the first time I walked in. Jorge was very responsive and helped me with everything I needed. Keeping track of 5 irresponsible groomsman in different cities was not fun, not to mention shipping out 4 orders a week and a half before the wedding. Everything worked out and we couldn’t be happier

Came to Uptown Tux on a Wednesday night not knowing people typically do a week in advance for fitting. We had a party in Chicago to attend Friday.. they got us fitted last minute and had our suits ready Thursday. The owner sister and brother and the rest of staff are EXTREMELY helpful & sweet! I’d recommend them to everyone looking for a tuxedo for a party or wedding! I will be back! Truly thankful we came here!

After having an awful experience at Mens Wearhouse my fiancée and I found this little shop online and headed there. I am so glad we found it, as the owner was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Surprisingly, this little shop offered better options than the larger chain store. My fiancée is slim and slender so he required a true slim fit pant which the owner had available. They also handled the alterations ultimately delivering a tux that fit like a glove. On our wedding day, my husband looked like he stepped out of a tuxedo/wedding catalog. I would definitely recommend this shop for your formal wear needs!

George from uptown tux helped me so much and made the entire process stress-free and streamlined. He helped with last minute over night UPS deliveries out of state. My wedding was in Texas and everything made the wedding on time. Couldn't have had a better experience. This tux shop also had colors not found at other big stores. Which is the color I picked seen in the pictures.

I was hesitant to try this place based on their reviews however the reviews were 2 years old. So I gave them a try and I am so glad I did! The owner, Jorge and his sister Terry are so amazing!!!! They were both so warm and welcoming. Made you feel so comfortable and made sure it was everything that you wanted. They're very professional and their prices are right up with the other tuxedo places I have looked at, but by far a better experience!! I cannot say enough good things about them. I am so very happy I gave them a try. 12/10 recommend!!

George and everyone were absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding! The suit arrived with ample time to make adjustments, and they went out of their way to even express order different sizes to make the tux fit perfectly. We thought the first jacket looked great but they thought the short version would be a better fit for his torso length. When they showed us the difference, they were definitely right! They really pride themselves in making their customer look their best. Plus, their customer service is just top-notch and we’re so happy we found them! We’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

AMAZING service and quality tuxes! We used Uptown Tux for our ring bearer and banner boy and everything was top notch. The rental suits were custom fit for the boys, hemmed to the right fit and ready on time and as promised. We rented other suits from Men’s Warehouse for more money and I will never use them again- only Uptown Tux from now on! Experience, service, quality, and overall fit made all the difference in making our boys look amazing on our big day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
