What a great company! I had done some research looking for an expert in coin values and discovered that James at Tracy's is very knowledgeable. I was greeted when I walked in the door and was directed to where James was working. He had a customer and was educating them on the bills they were inquirng about. When they left the store, I was greeted by James and shared with him that I had some coins my mom had collected and left to me. I found information on the web, but it was so inconsistent I knew I should find an expert. Boy, let me tell you he is on top of the value of coins and money. He was a school teacher and educated me on a number of items as well. He better sorted the coins that I had and explained why they were of value and why some were not. I left the business extremely happy and would highly recommend them. The jewelry cases were stocked fully and unlike other businesses, they have ample staff to handle customers who walk through the door. Usually you have to wait on someone to even come onto the floor. I was so very impressed and will obviously return. Great job team!

I just had the most pleasant experience today. I took several gold items to sell. I unfortunately don't remember the woman who helped me. She was professional, competent, knowledgable, quick and pleasant. At each moment she knew what to do and knew luxury watch brands. Her professionalism made parting with these items much eaaier. I came in with my mothers wedding band. When she passed away, someone cut her rings off and they cut right through the Diamond in the band. Making it almost unfixable. When I brought the ring here, the lady told me they may not be able to fix it. I was totally understanding. Well,, the jeweler far exceeded my expectations and they made it identical to when she wore it. I’m so happy with their work. This place will forever be my jeweler!

If you want to give your love some big diamond earrings, but today's economy is in the way...buy from Tracy's and every year bring back the receipt and earrings and upgrade!! Pleased with the selection they have. I decided not to purchase what I went there for because the employee who waited on me seemed to have more important things to do and was involved in conversations with other employees. Made me change my mind and go elsewhere

I took in a very old and broken men’s ring to see if it could be fixed and re-sized. I was assured that it could and would look like new when it was finished. The ring looked stunning! I was amazed at the life breathed into this 60+ year old family heirloom. It is once again wearable and will make for a beautiful graduation gift. Thank you Tracy’s Fine Jewelry! I lost my grandmother in Nov 2021 and was left her wedding ring. Because she was wearing it when she passed it had to be cut off. In addition to needing fixed it also needed sized. Because of its sentimental value to me I knew if I ever were to be engaged and married I would use this ring. The man I've been with for almost 2 years decided he wanted to propose so we took the ring into Tracy's to be fixed. The woman who spoke to us when we dropped the ring off was very helpful and professional. She quickly told us what would need to be done, how much it would be, and how long it would take. Yesterday my (now fiancé) picked up the ring, took me out, and proposed ! They did such an amazing job on my grandma's ring. It looks amazing and they really brought it back to life!! You can't even tell it had any work done on it. The band is so strong and it fits me perfectly ! We feel they charged us a very fair price. We are very happy with the service we got at Tracy's and will definitely be returning for our future jewelry needs ! Thank you for helping make our engagement so special and for bringing my grandmother's ring back to life !! ❤💍

Took a ring in there to get sized. They were so helpful.Took a while to get it back, but it was well worth the wait. I am so happy with the results, they did an amazing job ☺☺❤

I recently visited Tracy’s Fine jewelry to have a ring cut of my finger. They staff was very cordial and very professional. The technician went right to work but wasn’t able to cut it because his cutting blade was too dull. A young lady came over and told me not to worry and told me she would order new blades right away and they should be in Thursday and she would call me when they got there. 48 hours later I got a call from head technician Mike and ask me to come in. I did, Mike got to work and had the ring off in 5 minutes. I was so relieved. I offered to pay them for their services and they refused. Again, Tracy’s is a store that I will go to for any jewelry and bullion purchases. It was so nice to work with a company that really cares about their customers. Great work guys & girls!

I called for a specific item and Michael answered the phone. I had to drive in from about an hour away to pick up the item I needed and they had it in stock! When I arrived Michael was readily available and helped me purchase the item. Not a large purchase but was very dear to my wife as it was the anniversary of our sons loss. Tracy even came over and introduced herself and was very personable! I appreciate the sincerity and thoughtfulness of this staff and crew! Tracy has built an establishment that is to be respected by the local community and supported!

Went in today to have a stainless steel necklace repaired. He said they don't repair s n s , but asked to see it . He then took it to the back and brought it back repaired , NO CHARGE . Thx again. I hope u keep busy , good people should be rewarded.

The staff was super friendly and it was affordable to get my ring fixed. Everyone was super nice and helpful in getting the paperwork done to get my ring written up to repair and it was only $85

Took my mothers Cuban link I’d bracelet to be fixed and they did a beautiful job, As you walk in the young lady to the right is wonderful will be back.

Great service, very friendly staff. I bought a gold bracelet and they even fixed the clasp on a tungsten bracelet I got elsewhere while I was there.
